F rating from BBB for a reason. Absolute scam company Broke a window day one when removing old roof. The 3 day job took almost a year to complete. Failed to secure materials and metal roof plates got blown all over my street and neighborhood during a storm. None of their workers speak English or appear to have roofing experience. Failed 2 inspections. Applied new roof unto rotten wood without replacing it. Had to hire another company to redo parts of roof. read more

A promise date of 01/06/26 came and went, no call, no email which is the norm them. Just called them, and number disconnected or no longer in service!! Time for our attorney to get involve. Please stay FAR AWAY from this company. I'm not someone who normally writes reviews--I avoid confrontation--but what I've experienced with Florida Premier Roofing LLC has been so incredibly frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I began working with this company in October 2024, and as of December 5, 2025, my project is still not completed. The contract included a full roof replacement, sofit/fascia restoration, siding work, and replacement of stone veneers. Almost none of this has been done correctly. In October 2024, they put a blue tarp on my roof. That tarp sat there for months, deteriorating to the point where pieces were blowing all over my yard, my neighbor's yard, and even into their pool. I reported this, and in July 2025 someone finally came to try to clean it, though much of it remained. They also said they are not responsible for what's on my neighbor's property. When they did finish, the work was terrible. They left trash in my attic that fell through during the job. I now have water stains on my ceiling from leaks that occurred from the roof replacement. I have called, emailed (with pictures), and texted (with videos and pictures) repeatedly asking them to send someone out to inspect the damage and finish the remaining work with no success. Every time I manage to speak to someone--which is rare--I'm told, "We'll have someone come out." No one ever does. After waiting 1-3 weeks, I call again, only to hear the same line: "I'll put it in my notes." When I ask for an estimated timeframe, I get, "I don't know the schedule." On November 17, 2025, I finally reached someone and again requested service. I received the same vague promise with no follow-up. As of today, December 5, 2025, I've called the company manager, Marc Boutilier, multiple times with no response. Eventually, my calls started going straight to voicemail. This has been the case throughout the entire project--I have never been able to reach him. I continued calling the company today and was ignored repeatedly until around 1:30 PM, when someone finally contacted me--only to tell me again that "someone will come out," with no actual timeline. At this point, after more than a year of delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and broken promises, I am seeking legal action. This company is a scam. They have had funds of mine since 2022, roof paid in full in 2025, yet kept pushing the build date with fake reasons. Started the build after a threat of a license complaint and criminal complaint, but abandoned the build and permit despite being paid in full over $15k. They do not respond to phone calls. This is a criminal enterprise. Marc Boutilier is the owner. Do not use him whatever company he starts next to continue his scam. read more

Let me add my complaint to this long list of other customers that were cheated by Marc and Faith Boutilier at Florida Premier Roofing. Started dealing with them September 2024. Was given three different build dates that came and went with no work done at all. Lots of employee turn over too. Now its January 2026 and no roof. They have tens of thousands of insurance money and over ten thousand from my pocket. Now the phones and website are disconnected. Their legal representation at Green Law Group (they cashed the insurance checks) also did not answer my email. Please do not engage with this company. As with many of these reviews, Florida Premier Roofing received funds to replace our roof, as well as our deductible, and then promptly ghosted us. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, text messages, or certified mail. They have been reported to the FL AG and the licensing board. read more

I am not one to write a review, but I feel it is very important in this scenario. I wouldn't recommend this company. Run the other direction. They have the funds from roof claim check and our deposit for 8 months now and no new roof to show for it. If you read any of the 1 star reviews regarding this company and think it's an exaggeration, it is not. Take what everyone is saying seriously and find a REPUTABLE company. Florida Premier and/or TPC use to be one company. Whatever their name is don't use them. They've had our money since May 2025, and we still don't have a roof. Horrible customer service. They will never call you back. The turnover at this company is crazy. This is definitely an insurance scam type of roofing company. Do not use this company! They tell you what you want to hear to get your deposit and signature then they disappear. I was supposed to have a roof on my house November of 2024. After several calls, emails and texts, that were answered with, "we're working on it", they finally showed up on June of 2025, after I threatened to cancel and get my money back. I wish I had canceled. Here is a list of my issues: The new roof leaks from adhesion issues due to them using self adhered bitumen, rather than torch applied as well as not staggering the base sheet joints. They did a terrible job with the flashing and the drip edge. They also damaged my soffits and to add insult to injury they never called for a final inspection. When I reached out about my issues I was met with the same response that I was getting when asking for a build date, "we're working on it". Now they have completely ghosted me and refuse to fix their issues. I've reached out to several reputable roofing companies to give me quotes to fix my roof, that is only 3 months old, and I'm getting quotes up to $8,000 for the repair. Florida Premier Roofing or TPC Roofing are not roofers they're insurance scammers. read more

This company is a scam! Marc is a thief. Signed a contract with them to have my roof replaced over 2 years ago. Over $17k paid by my insurance and out of pocket, still no roof. Now the company has split. My contract was released to my state of residency but Marc with FL refuses to release the $17k to my state. Employee with FL told me months ago that even though they split, they would still honor my contract with them. Nothing but lies from day one with this company. 16 months ago, I was contacted about checking my roof. I agreed and they said there was damage by hail. I decided to let them replace my roof and they said they would hand everything, The first thing they do is get their lawyer on staff to contact my insurance company which was bad. The claim was for the roof on my house, my carport, and front porch area and gutters. After 5 months the crew came out and replaced the roof on the house. When my insurance company wanted me to sign a release to pay the last $3000+ balance, that is when I found out they were suppose to replace the roof on the carport. When I questioned the company, they said there was not enough money left to replace the carport roof. Over $16,000 is what they collected but said they would return $1100 to me that was left after the roof on the house was covered. I am still trying to collect the $110 they promised me and I have sent several emails to Claudia but she has not returned my emails. I called today and was told she was not available but they turned it over to the CFO so now I wait to see if I receive the check for the money. I had some storm damage on the roof of my house. Kevin came by and did a thorough inspection and submitted all of the evidence he recorded to the insurance company for me and was able to get the insurance company to agree to their liability. Their crew did a beautiful job and even repaired some unseen damage without charging anything extra. I never once had to deal with the insurance company directly!! High recommendation for Florida Premier Roofing. Bryant Lawson there was our Account Sales Manager and he and the rest of the team of Tyler, Marc, and Paul managed all aspects of the process for us, including dealing with our insurance company, the building department, and even our HOA with getting approval for our new roofing selection. Once the construction started I was very impressed that the large crew was able to strip off the old roofing and then prep for and install the new shingles all in one day. Wyatt was our on-site foreman who managed things and was my contact throughout the day and Bryant stopped by several times to check on progress. The next day I walked the property with Tyler, the General Manager of the company, and I pointed out some very minor concerns I had, all of which were quickly addressed. As a homeowner who doesn't have to deal with this sort of thing very often, what you want more than anything is to not feel like you're in the dark about what's going on -- I felt very communicated with during the whole process with frequent updates on the various approvals, timing of materials delivery, construction dates, etc. and any questions I had were always answered promptly and thoroughly. Their legal staff is there to deal with negotiations (if necessary, which, in my case, WAS!)... All I had to pay out of pocket was my deductible. read more

Our roof was damaged durning hurricaine Ian and I contacted Florida Premier Roofing for an estimate. Brady Molohon came out gave us bid and explained the process to us. We decided to go with their bid and are very happy with our new roof! Brady kept us informed as to what to expect and when they would be there. Brady answered all my questions texting and calling right back when ever I contacted him. The roofers were very hard workers and kept the property clean. Tim was also at the house several times durning the process and kept us informed. Tim came by after roof was complete we looked it over ask if we had any concerns. (there were none) Everyone we had contact with was very professional and helpful during the process. Highly recommend you contact Florida Premier Roofing they are the best! read more
