I really want to thank Billy and Dennis for recommending the Eaz-Lift r3 Recurve weight-distribution hitch, it is amazing. They took the time to explain how to use it and to make sure it was adjusted correctly for my specific towing needs. After it was installed, I drove over 2,000 miles to get home to Las Vegas and Dennis continued to follow up during my trip to make sure that everything was going well. For example, they called me to let me know they has ordered some X-Chocks I may want to consider (as they knew the equipment I had at the time after some of our conversations). They didn't need to let me know that this is something I may want to consider. There was no pressure on purchasing and were truly making the note to ensure I'd be safe. Additionally, they helped me out as a young gun to ensure my camper was squared away. Tom was my mechanic at the time and he had an extra part that he used to replace one I was missing to save me the cost. Furthermore, I found myself in a pickle with my camper and Brian assisted me without hesitation and they helped fix me right up. This crew genuinely cares and will give it to you straight even if it means knowing the pricing could be found better elsewhere or by doing it yourself. Bottom line it's a store run by some solid people who genuinely care and want you to have a safe and wonderful camping experience. My recommendation goes to them for any of your camping needs or questions.

We bought a used camper from them and less than 3 months later it needed a new roof membrane, even though they had installed a new one before we purchased it. Short story is, they did not properly secure the roof membrane to the frontcap of the camper. Since it was an installation error, I assumed that they would stand behind their work--I assumed wrong. Repairs came out of my pocket, but at least I spent that money elsewhere. This place is a brick-and-mortar scam shop!

Heather McDonald (with the assistance of Nick), was great! Heather was patient, very personable, and definitely the one to go to for your RV needs. She was there every step of the way and helped as much as she could when things started to go wrong. The issues began after delivery of our RV. We were told during the walk through that everything was checked (plumbing, electrical, slides, etc). They were not. We were told our RV was being cleaned prior to delivery. It was not. The RV arrived dirty (interior) and we have have had plumbing issue after plumbing issue. Instead of Jason actually coming to fixing the problems (we have a destination trailer and informed Southern RV that once it was delivered, we could not move it), he continues to "guide" and "direct" US to fix the problems. All of which would have been avoided if our RV was truly checked prior to us receiving it. We are extremely frustrated with how everything has been handled with regards to honest business practices, customer service, and follow through.
