God-AWFUL place. They did good veneers on me in 2015, but…read moresince then this place has been a NIGHTMARE. I got 3 root canals done here, & each one has given me so much pain for 4 years...12 years of pain just from this place. & I paid for it. Better than nothing, I suppose. My gum is eaten down to my gum-line around each root canal they did. Every single time I floss it hurts & is tender & raw for literally the rest of the night until I go to bed & wake up. I H8 them for it! & go to bed every night wishing them to SUFFER the rest of their lives, as well as their families!! They are so unprofessional. The last one I had done, the blonde Russian/Ukranian lady was supposedly a teacher there! WTAF!!! I tried to be empathetic bc of the war going on between Russia & Ukraine, but what she did is completely immoral & unprofessional, & she had NO good reason to do that to me! I also had to borrow a car every time I went up there, as well, bc I had no vehicle at the time for years. She sent me home 5 Xs in total, after only working on my tooth for maybe 20 mins-MAYBE!! & I live an hour away one way!! I have 3 herniated & slipped discs in my spine (2 in neck & 1 in lower back), & 2 annular cracks in my spine, & it REALLY HURTS me to drive that far & that often! & I had. child at home to take care of, & an abusive husband to deal with, while living just above the poverty line! It's UNBELIEVABLE how they treated me, & I will NEVER go back if I don't have to! It's a sliding scale payment, but it's still EXPENSIVE AF-& only a few hundred less than somewhere like Haile Plantation. Save a few hundred extra & go to Gainesville Family Dentistry & go to Haile for your root canals & crowns, & be treated like royalty, & not have your tooth bother you or give you problems for one day, like the root canal/crown I had done there. The dentist there could NOT BELIEVE the shotty work UF dental did on me, by leaving the dead roots in there! He was HORRIFIED!!! & I am, too! I H8 this place! Stay far FAR FAR AWAY, if you can! I warned you.

Prior to taking Angela's prep classes, my husband commented on how the role of a doula suits less dominant personalities best, as they require assistance asserting themselves. How wrong he was! We took her comfort in childbirth, infant care and breastfeeding classes, and by the end of the series he told me to ask for her number. Before she even consulted with us we were ready to put a deposit down. Angela met with us a handful of times prior to labor, and then met us in Gainesville (we traveled from Ocala) early in the morning when I went into labor. She stayed with us for our entire 24 hour labor, and guided us through every step. She laid out candles, played music, massaged me for hours, asked for specialty laboring tools and brought some herself, advocated for things I wouldn't have known to ask for, and held my legs as I pushed for hours. Labor was far from an easy experience but I felt supported the entire time because Angela was there to ensure I was taken care of. Following my daughter's birth, she traveled to our home twice to consult me on breastfeeding and proper weight gain. This was invaluable, as my mom was unable to be with me following her birth due to COVID, and I really needed the emotional support. If you're wondering if you should hire a doula or are looking for the right one for you, look no further. You will not regret adding Angela to your care team.

This was especially important to me in the event that I couldn't make it to the hospital (military), having Angela there to coach and reassure my wife was critical. To say that she did amazing would be an understatement. I did make it to the birth and I must say: Hiring Angela was the best money that I've ever spent. She knew everything to do and say at those crucial moments when, let's face it, the husband is clueless. She met with us for coffee a few days prior to labor to go over what to expect, and when to leave for the hospital vs. false alarms. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. There is no price too high for the assurance and comfort that she provided my wife leading up to labor. During the delivery she arrived just after we did, after midnight. For the next 17 hours she comforted my wife through labor pains with methods that I, and I'm assuming the nurses as well, were totally unaware of. She set a soft mood with little electronic candles, and helped my wife get some much needed sleep. After the delivery she helped us with the nursing, postpartum care, and infant care. She also made recommendations for books, videos etc. that would help us on our new journey. About a week after the delivery she made the 45 minute drive out to our house to check up on us and the baby. Even after labor and delivery, Angela was still able to comfort my wife during the rough first weeks with our son. It was notice from both her and I, after each interaction, how much better and confident she made us feel as new parents. I can't recommend Angela enough and would be willing to vouch for her, and her services at a moments notice. We will be seeking her services again if we have another child, and will recommend to her to any expecting couples that we encounter.

This would be a great activity for adults and recommended for common sense smart people. The four us had our own station complete with glass, tools, and torch. This was a first time glass class for all of us. After the common safety recommendations, Justin did an amazing job showing us basic techniques (suitable for our novice level). He helped us shape our designs when asked. This was a very hands-on, creative playing experience! Recommendations: -Wear work clothes and sneakers (it gets hot!). -Bring a drink and empty your tank (bathroom on site). You'll be at our station standing for quite some time. -Come with an idea of what you want to make. -Have an open mind and as Justin says, let your adult self go. Just play. -Be ready for a satisfying and simultaneously aggravating process. -Bring your sense of humor! -Your glass creations will take at least 24 hours to cool down in the kiln. We will absolutely be returning for future classes with JJ & Shamus! I truly felt as though I solo made my piece start to finish and I was able to customize the colors and solder of my piece as well. Now my partner and I have a forever memento of this years Valentine's Day! The Staff: JJ and Shamus did not hesitate to answer any questions we had about stained glass art in full detail and even demonstrated how the glass is cut and sanded. They spared no expense or time to ensure their customers get the full experience. JJ is incredibly kind and patient, he ensured the learning process went smoothly. The instructors were very hands-off and only stepped in when necessary. JJ also provided a lot of positive reassurance throughout the process and our pieces really did turn out as beautifully as we'd hoped. The Environment: The studio is also beautifully decorated with pieces from local artists and even some thrifted goodies. Not to mention the exquisite music taste. Overall, it is an incredibly warm, welcoming, and inclusive space. I highly recommend for any and all to attend a class. I can promise the class wont be awkward in the least bit.
