Now ladies, most men hook us up with diamonds, flowers, chocolate and/or dinner on this special day so when I saw the store advertisement I jumped up and immediately messaged Evan who is one of the owners about a certain firearm my husband has wanted. It was a Ruger 57 FDE with red dot. Evan messaged me back immediately stating he did not have the specific one my husband wanted but he had a FN 5.7 in FDE . I was assured the FN 5.7 was the top of the line of the firearm my husband wanted I showed up and Evan and his team were quick to help me with the paperwork, and when I mentioned the red dot they wasted no time to install a Halosun X2 series dot with a circle. Needless to say my husband was ecstatic with his Valentine's Day Gift. They used to be online prior to having the brick and mortar location. They are still getting stuff in and was ordering more items while I was there. If they do not have it, they will get it for you. My husband has a WWII era bayonet with a rifle and is having a hard time finding ammo for something so old and Evan mentioned he would keep his eyes open for us and if he sees it will get it. My husband had purchased life jackets here for our kids not long ago, so I decided it could not hurt to have one for myself also. They had industrial/commercial types, a pretty bare bones version, and a higher end prettier vest type of jacket, all in their brand name. There was even some life jackets on their clearance rack. I noted that they have bulk rope, twine, and other cordage on large spools at the back, very useful. The person who checked us out was funny, kind, and personable. Definitely felt welcome here, even though, sigh, I don't actually own a boat. yet!

The fishing experience was rigged to benefit their staff, friends, and regulars as they fished with select bait on one side of the boat while the newcomers like ourselves had to fish on the other side with inferior bait. All we caught were small grunts - like catching panfish. These small fish had no fight in them and we didn't know we had fish on the hook because the fish weighed less than the weight. The other side of the boat were catching game fish constantly while our catches were so small that we just returned them to the ocean. My question is why weren't we all using the same bait, equipment, and techniques as the other side of the boat. Terrible experience and will never recommend or reserve a spot on this boat again. This store is free standing in the southern area of the Fountains Shopping Center. I was greeted by…read morea store employee as I entered and walked back towards the shoe area in the back. The store was well organized and had good signage. I tried on a few pairs of sneakers and when I found one's I liked, I asked the sales person to see if they were available in my size. They don't keep full pairs on the sales floor so when they are busy, the wait just to see if they have your size could be a giant waste of time. Luckily it was not crowded and the salesperson was pretty quick in locating my shoes. I was also surprised to find that they were on sale and there was not mark down sticker on the shoe or the box. Check out went pretty quickly and I logged into the app to receive my points for my purchase. Dick's carries whatever is needed as a sports enthusiast or a heavy duty athlete. Parking was not great because of so many businesses sharing one lot but I was albe to find parking pretty easily.

I asked employees to call the police, but they appeared completely disinterested and did not intervene, say anything, or take any visible action. They seemed more like spectators than staff responsible for customer safety. I understand that stores cannot control every customer who walks in, but they can control how they respond when customers are being threatened. The lack of employee involvement or visible security made the store feel unsafe. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
