I dropped the vehicle off on March 17 at 7:30 AM and 1/3 to pick up the vehicle at about 2 PM that afternoon When I arrived to see the detail, I was astonished and thrown back by the dirt and filth that was still existing in the vehicle, the car had looked as if it was never even vacuumed doorbell even wiped. I didn't proceeded to call Scott letting him know my concerns about the detail and that it was unacceptable the way that I was receiving this vehicle back so I would be aware after paying $250 for a detail and receiving the car back in this condition, I will post pictures. I did speak with Scott who said that he had two guys there to go over anything that may have been missed in the midst of the detail of what there was would take more than just a touchup to make me happy. I asked if I could leave the car another time so that it could be redone where he claimed absolutely not that he had spent enough time on this vehicle. I will show you in the pictures that the trunk was not even vacuumed nor was it White. The trunk jam was not wiped the door. Jams were not wiped. The sunroof jam was not wiped the interior had dirt and sand, and when I had asked him about it,.he said that glitter is hard to get out of the vehicle and as far as the trunk was concerned that they don't get into detail down underneath the spare tire Wall, so just putting this out there so that customers don't have to go through what I went through again consumer beware!! oh and also it was prepaid. My daughter had bought this from me as a Christmas gift.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. When I first picked up my 26 year old truck, it looked…read moregreat. Shortly thereafter the paint began to chip because they did not prep it correctly. After taking it back for correction, they left overspray everywhere. Additionally they did not secure the fender flares and badging properly as the fender flare came off going down the highway and the badging was hanging off when I got home. I also had them do a blackout on all trim...it is coming off to the point it needs repainting.. Next they asked me to tape off all the areas that needed correction. After seeing what I taped off, they decided the entire truck had to be repainted. Again, I got it back and the badging was not affixed propearly, so I fixed it myself. As well, they did not put the tow hooks back on my bumper that is already showing rust...again...no prep work. There is absolutely no quality control in this business. I told the owner that if they continue to do business like this that it wouldn't be long that they would be out of business. Interestingly enough, there were also two other people I work with who were also having to take their vehicles back for rework. DO NOT utilize this so called affordable auto painting.

Chris acknowledges Grace in everything he does and in how he walks his walk. His business is an exemplary illustration of his commitment to excellence. His shop is immaculate. His work is exceptional. His communication is flawless. Proof? Look At My Car! Took her to get a complete detail, ceramic and window tint. I drive a classic 2006 Lexus SC430 hardtop convertible. She is a rare beauty with less than 26,000 miles and I am her second owner. This vehicle requires the BEST care to maintain her original stunning paint, interior and systems. You can smell her light Ecru leather, sweet and rich, pretty much like it was when she rolled off the manufacturers floor and not a mark anywhere. The Maplewood on her steering wheel and interior facia gleams smooth like glass, not one stain or etch. Her Ecru carpet is flawless. Not kidding. I use custom clear mats. My husband does not drive this car and my mechanic knows to don the booties and gloves and whatnot. The engine compartment that houses her V8 can provide a meal service it's so clean. Her wiring harnesses look like a Blackhawk helicopters. Clean, sharp, organized. Seriously. Thus, I do not allow the use of any aftermarket cleaners, sprays and the like on the interior surfaces. I barely got the beginnings of that statement formed when Chris looked inside and said that he would "not be using anything other than soft cloths for the interior, no spray". He knew. You can see for yourself the ceramic finish Chris put on her outside. Like shimmering waves of gloss. The rims received a ceramic finish as well and they shine, oh they shine like hallelujah! I've had many cars tinted and I cannot even detect the slightest bit of pressure marking anywhere even with my polarized glasses, and trust me, I check. We did a 70% cool tint so that the UV/UVA heat and light are blocked but the glass looks only slightly darker, in order to preserve the classic aesthetic of the vehicle. Perfect. All this, in two days and it would have been one, but I could not make it in at 7am for a one day finish. I'm fine with that and Chris was too. When we came to pick her up in the afternoon we had a snafu with Zelle and had to wait a bit of time on the line for bank assist and although Chris had plans BECAUSE IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY, he was so chill and gracious about it. He said "I'm supposed to be right here, right now with you and not at the mall, and everything is exactly the way it's supposed to be, no worries". Life lessons.
