very poor service. my husband had an appointment today and when i called at 147 pm to confirm, i…read morewas told that someone tried to call me and couldn't get through earlier. then i was told, i was about to call you to reschedule your appointment for today. i said, well 1st of all no one tried to call or called me as i have my phone next to me at all times. 2nd of all, my husband worked a half a day to be able to make it to his scheduled appointment on time. i then was informed, tell him to come by 3 pm to complete his paperwork. he got there a little before 3 pm. signed in, then was not given his paperwork to be completed until after his scheduled appointment time of 330 pm. he returned his paperwork to the front desk and sat back down. here we are at 5pm, no one at the front desk for over 30 min as well as left his dl & insurance card right there in the open on the front desk. over 2 hrs in and still was not seen. he took his dl & insurance and left. this is unacceptable as to how you treat your new patient as well any any person in general. this is not the way a business should be ran!!!!

I was hoping for a doctor that was up to date with the latest medical practices and treatment options. I did not get that. I had to hand feed these options to the Doctor. He seemed offended that I had questions. After a couple questions, he had one foot out the door. One of the last things he said to me before he exited the room was "You probably have prostate cancer." I was stunned. I was given referrals (referrals I basically demanded) to get another blood test, and an MRI. I scheduled those tests, but after speaking with two other physicians, I decided to no longer use Klaiman Urology. I was told by the other physicians that I should file a complaint. I decided that instead of a complaint, I will use my time wisely and find a better team of doctors. Doctors who are up to date with the latest practices and treatment options. My time is valuable. I don't plan on wasting anymore time with this practice.

I put off surgery because of so many possible side affects that can occur. Yes, you will spend a lot of time waiting in the office to see Dr. Cohen. Suck it up. He is worth the wait. I have been in the office only 6 times total. Only 2 times did I have longer waiting times. Now the good part. No side affects. I had two procedures because I had a protruding bladder opening he also fixed. I had bleeding for about 4 weeks. This was longer than normal but I had a more complicated surgery. All done by computer. He maps out what he wants removed and the computer does only that part which leaves your sexual functions intact and I have had no urine seepage whatsoever. He is the best Dr. in the world in my opinion. Wish I had done it earlier. Has changed my enjoyment of life immeasurably. He is a Dr. not an ass kisser. Do you want it fixed or not. He can actually do it and does so with great care. Can not recommend him highly enough.

I had Amore treat me for ED. They know a lot about blood flow but I found out after spending…read more$9,700.00 that blood flow is only 1/3 of what creates ED. The other two components are hormonal and mental. After getting three P shots, 1 stem cell shot and 9 G Wave treatments. I found that erections itself was not my problem, it was the ability or will to get an erection. No libido, caused by low T (390). Amore did blood work after they got my $9,700.00. I believe blood work should be the very first thing they do, long before they start treating for blood flow or taking your money. Although I must admit the $9700 did produce some benefits with more girth and length but my ultimate problem was more hormonal than blood related. The test revealed high Prolactin, LH, & FSH proving the pituitary glad is asking the testes to produce T but they simply can not. A bit of history is needed here ; I am in remission from Prostate cancer. 2 Years ago I had 26 radiation treatments that so far shows killed the cancer, (.26 PSA) but in doing so it also damaged the testes, making them not produce testosterone. This is a very common side effect of Radiation. If possible get proton radiation vs. X radiation. Reason is it has less splatter causing less adjacent tissue damage. Moffit at the time did not have a proton machine, they do now. I was going to have Amore administer testosterone but Moffitt cancer center requested me to visit a Urologist who will monitor my PSA. Testosterone does NOT cause prostate cancer but feeds any cancer that may be hiding and not seen. Today I got my first TRT shot, it cost me $3.00 per month vs. $180.00 a month through Amore. I feel more secure I am being seen by a doctor that understands cancer, not a clinic that does not deal in cancer. The last component of ED is mental, getting enough sleep (8hrs) and lowering stress as much as possible helps and it's free. I do not feel this is my problem but keep that in mind. In conclusion, I believe Amore to be professional although there is NO MEN, a bit strange but it is what it is. Every woman there from the receptionist to the Doctor treated me at one point or another which made me a bit uncomfortable. Do I feel $9,700.00 was a good investment? I am mixed on this considering fixing my hormone imbalance may fix the issue on its own. Time will tell. For someone that would be strapped to spend this much money, I suggest to first balance your hormones, get a pump and exercise. This would cost a fraction of the $9,700.00 and maybe all you need.
