Hey, guess what happened today. Thats right, you guessed it. I took the Florida Real Estate test today and passed it. What a relief, I just thought that if I didn't pass the test on the first try, how hard it was going to be to try to study the material again. I don't know what the other testers were taking, but I was out of there in a hour and a half for a 3 and a half hour test. I want to thank Perry and the Florida Real Estate School for the exceptional preparation I received to take and PASS the State License Exam the FIRST TIME I took it!! I've heard many people say they prefer the live week-long training experience to an online course. (And I'm generally one who prefers live training!) But, I can't imagine how an instructor could cover the sheer volume of information needed to master all the material on the State License Exam in one week. I spent 1-2 days per chapter, studying all day, for a month, before I felt truly prepared. I used the course outline and took COPIOUS notes!! Perry is such a great instructor - always available to answer questions or provide support. His examples really helped illustrate new concepts. The memory aids made the Math a breeze! (I will always remember the PIP Sandwich!) In addition to purchasing the "Package to Passing" with the oh-so essential Exam Prep course, I also got the Audio Key Point Review to listen to in my car, and I found it very helpful! I am licensed in another state and wanted to get my Florida RE License. I researched and even called the Florida Real Estate School, to see if they were legit. I was pleasantly surprised they were, the gentleman was very helpful about how to get my Florida License and honest about the 24 Hour help line and dared me to try it because he knows I will get in touch with someone. I did not need to, but feel I could have,if I needed to call. I signed up followed the modules and practiced the tests before taking the official test. I was an hour early for my test, waited in my car, pulled out my phone and ran through the practice test before going in. I PASSED on the first try. I am even signing up for the 45 Post License Course, because I like the way the information is organized and formatted. Thank you for helping me get my Florida License. Note: I took a IN-Class prep for the Law portion taught by someone in Georgia and it was a total waste of $99 and 8 hours of my time. I highly recommend Florida Real Estate School!!! read more

I DID IT! Thanks to this school I passed on my first attempt! I am an audio visual learner. I have dyslexia and its hard for me to read a bunch of content online. This school offered a course that was narrated so you hear the instructor explain to you the subject matter on every page of the course, while watching visual text and animation. The instructor took dry content and made it fun and easy to learn. It felt like I was taking a course in a classroom but, I was able to do the course on my own time. I also took their exam prep course which contained hundreds of questions and explanations after each question. I found this very helpful taking this part of the course the week prior to my state exam. The questions looked very similar to the ones that were asked on the state exam. The state exam provided me a paper that says I passed, I wish they would tell me my grade. I guess the state stopped providing grades I am dying to know if I got a perfect score. I purchased a Real Estate online course prior to this on from Real Estate Express. It was not so user friendly. I was so frustrated. I was licensed in Florida for 18 years. However I moved to another state and did not think I would return. I did, and could have kicked myself for letting my license go? I any event. I know real Estate, but when you take a RE course, it doesn't really teach much about what we really do in the business. It's mostly laws and things we really don't use on a daily basis. If it where, I wouldn't have needed to study. That being said. I then purchased the Florida Real Estate Schools online course. What a difference. The course is narrated, you hear an instructor speak to you. It definitely helps you to absorb the material much better then just reading it. Do yourself a favor, if you want to take an online course, this is the one. If you need assistance the Staff is always available and very helpful. I passed on my first attempt. read more

Here goes, This was an easy to understand, very informative and great preparation for the State exam which is known for being confusing, and it was, but because I picked the right school, the exam was a breeze, at no point I found myself looking up and wondering about the right answer, this was by far the best way to prepare for the State of Florida Real Estate Exam. Thank you guys for proving such excellent material and helping me getting into Real Estate. Also, the customer service is excellent, and yes I called 3-4 times at odd hrs and these guys were available to answer any questions I had, and help me further understand some of the math questions I was having problems with. Excellent course! This course is incredibly detailed and very succinct. Being new to real estate, I had to learn the lingo, logistic, processes, etc. The course did an excellent job in building the blocks to be successful in understanding this detailed world of real estate. What I especially appreciated, was the thought that went into developing the teaching program. Through various avenues, written, audio, testing, more exams the information was transferred into learning and gaining the knowledge to understand the processes, rules, and regulations. The program is so well laid out..that it is almost impossible to get off track. I felt comfortable in knowing they were available at all hours, as I study all throughout the day. If you are looking to get your Real Estate license, Florida Real Estate school is the one which will get you to accomplish your goal. I took the online course and passed the State Exam on my first try!  The course is very user friendly.  You have to put in the time but the instructor in the narrated course gives examples and talk to you making you feel like you are in a real classroom, with the advantage of no distractions. Also, the Cram Exam Prep course will give you all the tools you're going to need for the state exam, it will give you lots of questions to practice, learn how to rationale each scenario; it is really focus on what's important on the State Exam  This school is not the only school, but with no doubt it is the Greatest. I am very happy with the FRES. I loved the narration of the course, and all the practice exams. I also recommend taking those practice exams over and over. I did it until I got 100% on every one. I will definitely use FRES for my post licensing course and furture CE. They also have great customer support and a quick response time. You can't go wrong here. One word to the wise on the narration though - I do NOT recommend turning off the sound. The narrator provided a great deal more information that what is printed on the screen so you need to listen to the entire course or you will miss a lot of the details. I have been licensed in two different states for more than 20 years now and Florida law is definitely different than other states (Illinois and Nevada). I took this class based on the reviews of previous students and I'm glad I did! There is so much pressure around passing the final exam- almost 50% of people don't pass on their first try. Not only did the online classroom allow me to study on my own time, their famous State Exam prep is second to none. By the time I passed each exam with a 90% or better, I was more than ready to test for my license. When I walked out of the testing room, the assistant said, Wow, Congratulations! I took Florida Real Estate School on-line and it was laid out in a wonderful format. You can call the instructor anytime day or night with a question. If you do it exactly how they tell you it will be a success! I bought the additional text book and the audio CD's and listened to them in the car and in the gym. I also purchased the package that came with the state exam test prep and it was invaluable! The questions really make you think (tricky) just like you will see on the state exam. I would highly recommend taking this course but I would make sure you do buy the additional text book and do the annomated version first and then go through the chapter in the book. After a 40 year career in the transportation industry and being out of college for over 20 years I knew a new chapter was soon to come after I retired, I wanted to get into real estate so I needed a real estate school that was not the traditional online method. I found The Florida Real Estate School which not only allows you to read the material but the instructor also does the presentation as if you were in a classroom. I purchased the 1 year program, I was able to work on my chapters at my pace. I recommend this school to anyone interested in a much simpler and convenient way of learning. I took the online course, and passed the school test. I then took the practice tests for the State Exam. There are seven of them. The school suggested that you continue to take these tests until you are able to score 90%, or better. I followed this suggestion. I then signed up for the State Exam, and passed on my first attempt. The online course and the State Exam prep tests were right on point. Perry was able to provide answers when I called with questions. To tell you the truth, I thought that the test given at the end of the course was harder than the State Exam! My experience with the Florida Real Estate school could not have been better. I was able to pass my test on the very first try! I realize online learning is not for everyone, but it was great for me. I found I could accelerate my pace through easier to understand areas of study, and take my time to go slower on the areas more difficult. The "test exams" at the end of the course were perfect for preparing me to take the final exam. I found the questions in the test exams to be in harmony with the sort you find on the final exam itself. 5 Stars is not enough. This is THE best way to get your Florida Real Estate license! The course is hard - make no mistake - but if you do the work and take the quizzes and the pre-exam tests and follow the recommendations of the instructor you can't go wrong. The best part of this course is that it is not simply a narration of the slides on the screen. I can't tell you how many times the story given on a particular topic made me remember it. I took the course online and they recommended the text book, which also purchased and did a chapter a day on line and in the book- and when passed the online course right after that I received and E-mail from Pearson Vue (saying I was eligible to take the state exam) so I called and they said I could take it the next day March 31 or wait till the 17'th -so figured if didn't pass would consider it a trial run-after studying the book for 8 hours Friday went in the next day and finished the test in less than an hour and a half and passed no problem-Thanks to Perry and the Florida Real Estate School ! This course is awesome. I had tried to use another course a few years back that made you read everything and was so boring I couldn't pay attention. The fact that this was narrated was a huge advantage over the other course available out there. I almost went to a 7 day class but saw this online luckily where I could work at my own pace.
