Was going to be a new patient here but after sitting in the office and listening in on the staff…read moremaking calls I unfortunately will not be going here. The first thing I look at when finding a new office is the front office staff, you can always find great patient care but it's the billing department that always drops the ball. I have been misquoted before and am extremely cautious now when it comes to finding a new dentist. I was greeted nicely but while filling out the paperwork I happened to hear an altercation from the staff member Carly. She was very unprofessional on the call it was like overhearing an angry teenager on a gossip call, and not to mention racist! I don't have 100% of the conversation, but still I got enough from her to see the issue was that she was trying to get a claim processed, and was speaking to a third-party and was upset that they were not based in United States. I understand it's frustrating when you have to work with third parties, but to treat that poor person on the phone so badly is a huge red flag for me. She said that she did not want to work with anybody that is overseas and their second language is English. that is extremely disheartening to hear in 2026. Regardless of whatever situation you're in or however, long that claim takes to get paid and that is still a person you're dealing with on the phone seeing this heartless interaction unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. I stood up and left. Hopefully, after this review, they can take a serious look at how they conduct themselves when they think nobody is watching. I try to treat everybody with kindness. For a practice that guaranties smiles they should try smiling more themselves.

Then I ask them do I owe anything? The woman told me that it's depends on what's the insurance cover my cleaning. She was incredibly kind, answered all of my annoying questions without beating around the bush, and got my husband in the next day. I had spoken to other dentists and they all seemed extremely irritated when I asked any questions. That alone, was amazing. My husband got in this morning, had a tooth pulled, and was out the door in an hour. He wasn't pushed to do more and they took care of his needs quickly, which is so amazing because he needed to get to work. He said the staff and dentist were extremely kind and he called to tell me to switch the kids over there as well. That's saying a lot coming from him! We are so impressed with the customer service, work done, and overall good feeling they give. Keep up the amazingness!!

I was initially a little disappointed because I didn't get back to be seen until about 9:18am, so at that point I had been there for over 30 minutes. Sarah was the hygienist that worked on me and she was polite and very helpful in answering questions and educating me about their processes and camera which I hadnt seen before. She helped me understand what sealings were and I ended up getting some of my teeth sealed while I was there. They also guarantee that if you get a sealant from them, if it chips or gets damaged, they replace it at no cost. If you have a "Perfect Smile" (no cavities) then they give you a coupon for JDawgs or Core Life and because she felt bad that I had to wait so long, she gave me an extra coupon. I appreciate that because I understand that sometimes things get behind, but the fact that they are trying to provide good customer service by "making it right" makes a difference in my mind. I would recommend them and I'm excited to get to know them and their staff better as I return with my kids.

I had Dr. Dale, who was so impatient! After the initial shaping there was a large chunk of fake tooth scratching me on the back that he couldn't see, and after I had to have him try to file it off 5+ times to no avail he declared "I'd hate to move your furniture!" And by the end, he had totally misshapen the tooth so it doesn't look at all like my other one, is crooked, has an uneven line, and is sharp on one edge where it touches my tongue. But because it was already crooked and too small compared to my other, and he wouldn't stop commenting on how picky I was, I just stopped asking him to fix it. I hoped he was right and I was just being picky but I don't even want to smile any more that's how much it bothers me still. He would never include this tooth in a portfolio of his best work, and that speaks volumes to the kind of dentist that he is. Shouldn't you want your patients to be impressed instead of depressed with your work? Especially a front tooth! Two stars because their office themselves were very accommodating and nice, somehow when I called to schedule they had scheduled me at a different office? But when I showed up at the office I had called, they were able to squeeze me in despite "not having" an appointment.

I got many recommendations for this dental office and figured I'd give them a try. I asked to be scheduled with Dr. Gordon since a family member said he was the best. To my surprise at my appointment I received a different dentist, I don't remember which one it was but he did just fine. I also got another different dentist for my filling the last time I went who was also good. They did my filling in about 30 minutes and offer laughing gas for $15. Their numbing agent worked quickly and wore off within two hours or so which I really liked since I hate half of my face being numb all day long. You are required to wear a mask going into their office then once you are in your chair you can remove it. All the staff is very friendly.

I had a toothache so I called them up. they were able to see me within the hour. I called them at 9am and I was sitting in the chair getting my tooth x-ray at 9:45(good luck finding anywhere else that will see you so quickly). It turns out I needed some work done and I had a sinus infection. I got a temp crown, 3 fillings, a full cleaning, antibiotics, and prescription pain meds all within the same day(I came back a week later to finish the crown). and it didn't break my wallet! I was pleasantly surprised. My insurance paid for 4/5ths of the procedure. My teeth are in good shape and my bite is perfect. I quite enjoyed the professionals who worked on me. They were really kind and considerate. I kept getting bits of stuff in my beard during the procedure but the hygienist was careful to keep me clean and my dignity was protected. I felt like a real person and they treated my like one. I'll be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you for your help stonehaven!

Especially after today, when Kylie was so amazing with my baby. As a first time mom I have anxiety taking my newborn anywhere right now because she's still so little and fussy at five weeks. She did great on the car ride and in the waiting room, but while in the chair for a cleaning she started to cry. Kylie was so comforting and encouraging, being a mom herself, even rocking baby with one foot while she did my cleaning! The entire staff has been friendly, professional, and I'm happy to call this my new dental office home. One thing I will add is that my husband was supposed to also have an appointment today, but the office made a mistake on scheduling and only booked me... since I'm reviewing based on my experience I won't dock a star, but it was an inconvenience for my husband!

The dental staff was amazing with my toddler and so welcoming and not forceful or intimidating. They did amazing helping my toddler feel comfortable and were so gentle. Dr. Burt was awesome too and great with kids. He even made an animal balloon out of a glove which my child loved. We will definitely be coming back to this place for all our pediatric dentistry! So friendly, clean, and lots of fun toys. We've never left a dentist with so many prizes and toys before!

The dentist can be scary for a small children and this place is so warm and welcoming with plenty of toys and things to keep the kids occupied and happy.
