He came in today to have full mouth extractions , they decided to refuse Him because He wanted to be sedated and they don't sedate. He has also had a abscess tooth infection but Brandy said it wasn't acute. I've talked to several People who asked if they did blood work , I said no. They said she cannot determine the the severity without exrays and blood work. I didn't go in as I should of , it was said He tried to manipulate staff by wanting to be sedated. He wasn't combative just obviously mentally confused. Now they don't want to deal with Him unless He has a full consult and refuse to give Him antibiotics for infection. Something isn't right with this and I'm thinking mayby its a blessing in disguise. I left there confused cause He did come back in but they treated Him like He was a Alien I already mentioned He was mentally challenged ,Brandy said He was highly intelligent , not sure what that's sapose to mean either. They claim the called ans left message but I had no missed calls the day before when they told me they had called. They also said they texted me. Again no text on my phone. No apologies just that they will have to reschedule and they are booking months out. The reason I was given for the last minute cancelation was that a hygienist I was going to re retired. Find it hard to believe someone retired the day before and nobody knew about it in advanced.​

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Porter was very friendly with me (mom) and my son, he was also very efficient.
