Other than that one glaring negative, customer service can be spotty and downright oblivious (but, it's status quo for much of today's young workforce). And, too, expect maximum pricing on, at least, plant-based/vegan products. (Can rival Brewer's Tiller & Rye for outrageous pricing!) The staff was friendly and helpful but it was pricey I paid five dollars or more for a can of pipe tobacco then I would've if I just bought it online, but they did have more tobacco and more pipes selections as well as a humidor for cigars which I would've went into, but I brought enough of my own with me all in all I'm learning that most of the shops are just OK if you're in a pinch, but the way things are going now in the economy I'll stick to buying online my bulk stuff. To EVERYTIME I buy something from empty tubes to incents he cards me. EVERYTIME!! The other employees have carded me but once they have they don't ask for it again. I have brought this up to him - about how he's the only one that asked for it after seeing me in there just days ago. he tried to explain 40 and younger they HAVE to card. I looked it up its 30 and younger (im 37) and he has now taken me on as a challenge to card me EVERYTIME. If the other smoke shop that's just a throw away would carry the brand of tubes i wanted i wouldn't shop there EVER again!! I understand its the law if one of their stores F*** up and get caught selling to underage they have to put this practice in effect but to do it to the regulars its kinda shitty. I give 2 stars because the ladies that work there are hard working.
