My wife went to schedule an appointment and was told that it must have expired because they had no record of it. I called the Spa to discuss, I was told that all their gift certificates expire after a year and this is written on them and sorry but too bad. I am not stupid and would never have bought a certificate if it would expire.. so be very careful if you buy a gift certificate...they want you to let it expire and the expired $ value goes to their bottom line as a profit

Both Jay and Andrew created such a comfortable, relaxing environment and communicated clearly throughout the entire session. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. We were given plush robes and comfy slides. The dressing area was spotless and thoughtfully designed, complete with lockers, private changing areas, bathrooms, and the most magnificent steam shower I've ever taken. There's also a sauna that made the whole experience feel like a full retreat, not just a massage appointment. Fusion Spa & Wellness exceeded our expectations in every way.
