The micro meter was slowly spinning indicating a leak. The plumber came out and wanted to change all the working parts in the toilets. We told him that we put dye in the toilet tanks and leaking toilets were not the problem. I told him it may be a leak in the lawn irrigation system, he could not located the line that fed the irrigation system. He asked if we could open the garage door so he could get to his van and we did. I thought he was getting tools however he just left. He didn't tell us he was leaving, he just got in the van and took off. This plumber just wanted to come in and replace some toilet parts and charge us without fixing the actual problem. Lee company did come in and fix but it took 13 visits from different contractors to finally correct the install and my walls. I asked for some compensation for all the extra time I had to be at home for the contractors to fix the problem caused by the company and one of the managers, John S., said they couldn't do what I was asking for since they didn't make any money off my job. Well if you would have installed properly and not had to fix the damage you might have made some money. I then asked for less and am still waiting for an answer 1.5 months later.
