My shingles looked very faded, crumbly, and I didn't have a clue how old they were, but after the brown spot showed up on my living room ceiling, it was a no brainer, Hollis Exteriors was my first and only call. We bought our home this past November 2023. Just last week, we experienced some severe downpours resulting in our 1 year old roof leaking in two places. I called my realtor. He suggested, before calling our insurance company, give a call to Danny Hollis. Danny and I spoke briefly on the phone, and I explained my situation. He suggested I send current photos of my roof. After reviewing the photos, he knew exactly what the issue was, and would be over within the next day-or-two (luckily, no rain in the forecast). He just left. After spending maybe 15-20 minutes on the roof, he inspected the suspect areas, discovered they were not properly caulked, and sealed with Flex Seal. I can't say enough good things about Hollis Exteriors. We discovered a major leak around our chimney that had caused extensive damage. Michael & his team came out and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. As we had a gapping hole in the side of our house, they responded quickly and removed the chimney, rebuilt the roof, reroofed the entire house, then came back & installed vinyl siding, gutters & leaf guards on the gutters. The house has never looked better. If they would just get into flooring & cabinets I'd have them working on the inside of the house right now! Quality work and Reliable service. We have a run of high wind and heavy rains and now snow this year. With each storm I look at my roof and am so thankful for Danny Hollis.
