Soon a woman came in, she confirmed the time and asked, "strong or medium". She started massaging me under the towel, which I had seen in other reviews. I never care for this. I hoped it was a warm up, but then it went on for a long time. But then to my delight, the towel was pulled back and oil came out - yay! From there the massage was intense and very good. My body really needed some tough love and it certainly got it. Communication is not great, the owners don't seem the best, but the massage was quite good!
