The woman working that day was extremely friendly and created a gorgeous arrangement to gift my close friend. The flowers looked freshly picked and were vibrant in color. The flowers costed $85 and in my opinion that is a fantastic price for the amount of flowers I got as well as the size. The garden roses especially were large and smelled like perfume. I even purchased a ballon to go with it. I went with my infant son in his stroller to pick up the flowers. They really took my vision and brought it to life. When I first met with Sophie to do our consultation, I fell in love with her and her shop! (Can't forget her adorable dog Muffin!) This shop is a gem! My sister's graduation was last week and I called the day of with a special order for calla lilies. They were the only flower shop around that had them in stock. I told them I wanted the most beautiful bouquet for her graduation of white calla lilies and orange roses and it came out wonderful. They took complete creative license and designed a product that went above and beyond what I asked for. I am incredibly pleased with this shop to the point where I do not want to go anywhere else for flowers ever again. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on the bouquet and how many people wanted to take pictures of it!! I attached a picture on this review too! Ask to speak to Mike- he knows what he's talking about. He asked me how much my budget was and make a bouquet to meet it. Awful! An absolute nightmare. Worst customer service and delivery of product I have ever had. Mike and his wife Sophie ruined our wedding with their careless, low quality design that they pass as wedding flowers. Nothing was done as discussed and written in the contract. Colors did not go with what we coordinated. Just absolutely horrific!they were made aware of our dissatisfaction that same day and instead of trying to work with us to please a customer instead Mike made sure to avoid us at all cost. He even made the trip to the venue to pick up the cases for the centerpieces when the agreement was for us to deliver them back the next day. If I could do it again I would have booked anyone but them. I honestly think I would have been better of using faux flowers from the local crafts store and they would have looked better quality and design than there's. read more

I would not suggest anyone use this shop. I ordered an $85.00 flower arrangement (plus a $11.00 fee) & ended up with what looked like a $35.00 one at the most. The arrangement was supposed to have roses, peonies, lilacs etc. (Sweet Dreams was the name...take a look) instead it came with a FEW roses & none of the other flowers mentioned. When I called "Mike" to discuss my disappointment he was very short with his answers. He explained that they had no peonies today, lilacs are out of season blah, blah, blah and that they compensated for them!! Umm excuse me "Mike" but are you referring to the gerber daises, wilted white hydrangeas & filler flowers as compensation?! He didn't like that question & his solution was to come pick them back up. Sure "Mike" that's a great idea & come pick up the $35.00 flowers that I just paid $85+++ for & are sitting on the birthday girls desk...that wouldn't be awkward now would it?! I just hung up & decided I would put my ever first negative review on social media. AGAIN...I would not suggest anyone use this shop. read more
