Over the years I have sent flowers using many of the online floral services only to have my gifts (flowers) arrive in various stages of falling apart & or old flowers. I found Flower Connection from an online search, I viewed the photos and was honestly overwhelmed at the beautiful floral arrangements! I called to place an order for my sisters birthday and was assisted by Adriana, I explained that I wanted a bright, springy bouquet and not anything holiday-ish! Adriana was so patient, friendly and never rushed me!! This was big as a few florists that I contacted were very impatient as though I was really bothering them. Adriana was a breath of fresh air for me in her patience and Customer Service. So I placed my order, gave her the recipient details, paid, thanked her and hung up. I ordered 2 boutineres for prom, and neither were usable. The florist did try to fix the boutineres, she was very nice, but they weren't salvageable. One of them was supposed to be 3 orchids, there were only 2. One of the blooms had a big tear in 1 of the petals. Even after replacing the damaged bloom and adding the 3rd orchid, the boutinere was so small, wilted, and falling apart. The second one consisted of 2 tiny white roses, they were so small and closed up, with the top edges of the petals appearing dried and starting to wilt as well. Again, the florist was very nice and tried to accommodate me by trying to fix the orchid one. Unfortunately, the flowers were small, did not appear to be fresh, and were falling apart. It was not something my daughter could present to her date. I didn't bother asking to get the rose one fixed because I didn't think the result would be any better. I knew I would have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted and I was running out of time. I ended up calling several florists to see if any could accommodate a same day order, luckily I found one. We had so much to do that day, having to find new boutineres the day of prom added an unnecessary task and stress to an already busy day. read more

I called from the east coast before the store even opened. I knew what I wanted because I'd seen someone post a photo of their arrangement on yelp. Even though it was only 7:15 in the morning (10:15 my time), the person who answered was super friendly and helpful. I told her that I had an arrangement in mind but that I wanted a price for it. She gave me her personal cell phone number and asked me to text a picture of it and then texted back right away with a very fair price plus $10 for delivery. Are usually use one 800 flowers but I was very disappointed the last time I sent my friend flowers through them because the arrangement did not look like the photo. It was so nice to deal with a real person who let me see the arrangement before it was delivered. Yep, that's right... FAILED delivery with not much of an effort!!!!! I can't speak about their in store customer experience, however I ordered some flower to be delivered from Chula Vista where I live to my mother's home in the same city only to be left with a bitter taste in my mouth. The delivery person failed Absolutely with piss poor effort in finding the right location resulting in me trying to track down the item which was delivered around 2PM in the afternoon not to be found until later on in the evening when a my honest neighbor discovered the item at her door steps and delivered them to my mother's correct home location. What a disappointing experience knowing that other people and Myself included spend our hard earned money only to have incompetent people behave in such unprofessional manner when the customers are trying to bring a little smile to our loved one's lives with flowers. read more

My experience didn't start off great. I placed an order for delivery on the day of Valentine's day at 10:00am. It was scheduled to be delivered at my wife's work between 1-6. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time , I drove straight to the shop and Adriana greeted me. I explained my situation and she was very understanding as well as apologetic. Right away she offered me a refund or to pick any of the bouquets of flowers in a vase with a large balloon. I decided to pick one of the bouquets of flowers she even added star gazers for me. I left happy she addressed the situation with sympathy and professionalism. In the end my original order was still delivered at my wife's work, her manager received the flowers for her because she was already off, they were delivered at 8:30. Adriana called me first thing the next morning apologized again and explained the reason why my order wasn't delivered on time. My wife was able to keep both flowers and she was very happy. I rated 5 stars because the business cared and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, I will definitely give them another opportunity on a special occasion. My daughter sent me the prettiest huge basket of flowers for Mother's Day. The spring colors are amazing! I feel like I am in a meadow just as the flowers are beginning to bloom. The arrangement was delivered on Friday afternoon and over the weekend the little pink baby roses died as well as a few other flowers. I called Monday morning and they told me to bring it in and they would make it right. I visited with Adrianna while her mother took care of replacing the roses. The basket is even more spectacular!!
