Was about to go to Vons and get the "I'm sorry I'm dumb" flowers but stumbled across this place on my way there. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!! Walked into the store was instantly greeted by the women in the front named Anna. After looking confused and browsing she instantly asked if I needed help and was so kind, helpful, and patient with me to get the perfect bouquet for my women. I liked this black basket however didn't like the rainbow colored flowers in the basket. Not to worry Anna told me we can switch them out (to the ones I have in the picture) and she could use the rainbow colored flowers for another bouquet. BUYERS BEWARE : Ordered flowers to be delivered for my aunts 70th birthday party. The flowers I ordered were not at all like the ones in the picture. I did ask if I get a picture of what they had and they said they couldn't because they had a lot of orders, when it only takes next to a minute to take a picture and send it. This was embarrassing for me to come to the party and see my aunts arrangement, this arrangement only had three roses, one sunflower, and carnations and other flower type when compared to the picture shown on the website was much much less than what it should've been. They took advantage of the situation I was in, where I had been unable to go in person to see the flowers looked for myself. Buyers beware, do not order from this company unless you're going to enter their store and see it for yourself. Picture A is what the website shows, Picture B is what I got. This was very disappointing. I'm also including this picture of the email they sent me after I sent in my review, saying that they feel like they fulfilled my order when what they sent to me is a "F U " . Second time our family came in one year . Not a good experience . The first time the order was not correct either for our family . The owner manager made an error in pick up time and never apologized . Setting our event back . The quality was not what we paid for . Used them as an emergency last minute resource trying to support local businesses . If the manager owner had a better customer service worth ethic I would not be typing this . There's more details to this but no need to get into it . All I suggest is if you go to florist school please take a course in customer service . People skills . It's hard times so I would not leave a negative review for a small business unless it was absolutely deserved. Just like the person below in another review, the shop took advantage of my situation of being outside of the country and asked me to pay before they would arrange the flowers, which was quite fine by me. However, they put together the flowers in the picture, worth perhaps at most $40 in a flower shop and much less at a grocer's (which I could have gone had I been in the country at the time), having charged me $89 beforehand. See photo attached or in their photo gallery. Most egregiously, I had told Annie to please select "appropriate flowers" for the occasion, as it was for the 81st birthday of my mentor. I had also told her that it would be delivered to his wife. Of course by now you would know that they'd put in, of all flowers, RED ROSES. When I called later on, Annie tried to twist it by claiming that I had never said not to put in "red" flowers, and that I was yelling at her (I was not, even though she kept on interrupting me), and that I had called so late after the fact (I'm in a different time zone and for her business hours it happens to be my entire sleep time, and I had actually stayed up way past my bed time to call her last night). She would accuse me everything under the sun but address the fact that she had an order put together that was easily worth less than half of what I had paid for. For instance, she said that I had cursed at her assistant when I first called. Another lie. Her assistant was not as shameless as her, and apologized for her shop's misdemeanor. What I had said to her assistant was that Annie's actions (which Annie is now blaming on the person that "took the order") f'ed my situation up, which is a colorful way of noting, accurately so, that she sabotaged the situation, when I could have used another flower shop and not have been put through this ordeal. The entire conversation with her assistant was cordial, so there was no reason for me to "curse at her." So, I stand by my statements, to anyone reading this, and implore them to use another flower shop, unless they want a special occasion f'ed up. I should have heeded the other reviews on here. read more
