We agreed to wait since she said the doors would be opened and that she would be 10 minutes. We got out of the car and waited an additional 10 minutes and NO ONE OPENED THE DOORS. This was wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. We are mourning and she completely "forgot". Stay away from this irresponsible woman and business!!! UPDATE: After we left after no one opened the doors, Santa had the nerve to text and say we were not there when her employee arrived (cause no one was even in the building!!) to open the doors. Sometimes if it's raining bad I won't see them there or they'll close early. I use to come here since they had $5 bouquets, which last time my friend went they still did. Good price for the budget friendly shopper. Very convenient for me since it's near the freeway entrance too. I also once got a cute basket of roses with assorted flowers for $15 too. I remember when I was staring at a basket a couple of the roses had that old look on the petals, without even asking the lady said she'll change the roses for me. I thought that was nice.
