We got there a little early (the location is horrible in factory like settings) and the door was locked. We texted Santa letting her know we were there for the 1 pm appointment. A few minutes later, she called and said she COMPLETELY FORGOT about our appointment and that she would be late. She did say someone would open the doors for us to begin looking at arrangements. We agreed to wait since she said the doors would be opened and that she would be 10 minutes. We got out of the car and waited an additional 10 minutes and NO ONE OPENED THE DOORS. This was wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. We are mourning and she completely "forgot". Stay away from this irresponsible woman and business!!! UPDATE: After we left after no one opened the doors, Santa had the nerve to text and say we were not there when her employee arrived (cause no one was even in the building!!) to open the doors. She never said during the phone call that someone was not inside. Still, we waited 10 minutes and no one opened. The bad attitude and level of disrespect is astounding. Horrible business!!!!

The funeral home even had concerns & suggested it may not be her work because of how bad they looked. I called Santa to let her know we were unsatisfied and something needed to be done as the service was 1/17. I texted her multiple times and she read the messages with no response. After requesting a portion of my money back she then began to respond but made various excuses, said we never discussed roses/colors & basically I got what I paid for. I told her she was being dishonest about not knowing what we asked for as she even confirmed the colors we wanted. I told her if she not going to correct the flowers, she could just come pick them up & refund us our money back. She scrambled, said she could add more if we paid more because "she gave us a deal." I told her absolutely not, we paid in full what she offered & she did not deliver what was discussed. She came the morning of 1/17 and added in a few of our requests. So this is literally some people who sell flowers out of a van right off the 805 freeway if you take the palm or 47th street exit. This van has been showing up here for years and years as long as I can remember, I can definitely say over 10 years. They're here at this spot everyday usually from early in the morning (I'm gonna say 7ish or earlier) til about when the sun starts to set. Sometimes if it's raining bad I won't see them there or they'll close early. I use to come here since they had $5 bouquets, which last time my friend went they still did. Good price for the budget friendly shopper. Very convenient for me since it's near the freeway entrance too. I also once got a cute basket of roses with assorted flowers for $15 too. I remember when I was staring at a basket a couple of the roses had that old look on the petals, without even asking the lady said she'll change the roses for me. I thought that was nice. They usually bumped the rose bouquets to $10 on Valentines and Mothers day but it doesn't stop the line of cars from showing up, but yea if you're ever in the area and wanna buy something simple for someone special stop by.
