Extremely disappointing experience with The Flower Spot and owner. At the beginning, everything seemed great. There were no red flags, and the shop was on our venue's preferred vendor list, which gave us confidence in booking her for my wedding. We met in person about 9 months in advanced, discussed floral arrangements and pricing, and provided a $2,000 deposit at her request. In the months that followed, communication started to become more and more unreliable. Multiple emails and phone calls over several months went unanswered, which became increasingly concerning as the wedding approached. Weddings are already stressful enough without having to chase a vendor for basic updates. With roughly three weeks before the wedding and no reliable communication, we were forced to secure another florist at the last minute -- an incredibly stressful and unnecessary situation so close to such an important event. About a week before the wedding, Amanda emailed stating she would "absolutely reimburse" our $2,000 deposit and asked for a mailing address. The address was provided immediately, but the reimbursement was never sent. Despite repeated follow-ups after the wedding via email, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the shop (which appeared closed), we have received no refund and no response. Failing to return a promised deposit and leaving a couple scrambling weeks before their wedding is simply unacceptable. I don't even know if the shop is still in business but I strongly encourage people to not purchase florals from here. read more

I called Flower Spot on Saturday morning to order flowers for same day delivery for my sister's birthday. I live up in Boston, and was not familiar with any florists in the Naples area, and took a chance based on the online reviews. I spoke with Amanda who took my order, and assured me they would be able to make the delivery. Well, they came through with flying colors. So I'll start by saying they are very nice. But never return phone calls( even for payments). I'd have to complain to my venue and have them reach out. Their excuse was they are just very relaxed. So fine so on my personal contract are photos of exactly what I wanted and discussed. We were on the same page, until 15 minutes before I walked down the isle the floral was delivered and obviously I had no time to do a thing. Unfortunately the colors looked terrible with my dress and that is the floral i get to see in all of my wedding photos. Super disappointed. Thank you for your service! My aunt received the flowers and really liked them. I usually use 1800 flowers and the last couple times I've sent flowers to Florida they were nothing like I ordered. They were cheap and not very pretty. They were also very expensive. I took a chance and went into this blindly since I'm not from Florida. I'm glad they were very similar to what I asked for. If you need flowers for ANY occasion this is the place to go. I recently placed several orders for customer appreciation for my cleaning business. I wanted to send some anniversary bouquets which they made adorable for me. But they also specially made a "guy" basket for one of our property managers that was full of meat, cheese, chocolate, beer and it was a HUGE hit at his office. I can't thank them enough for making me look good. From their super friendly staff to their adorable dog. You will feel like a member of the family when you walk in the door. Just tried to order for Mother's Day online - it is Fri and Mother's Day Sunday. After going through the online listing and making a selection it says cannot deliver till next Wednesday. Terrible service! I placed 2 orders for 2 clients and neither order was delivered. After a very embarrassing meeting with a client where I thought the flowers in her office were the ones I had ordered....I called and they said they simply didn't get the orders. I showed them the confirmation emails and they delivered the flowers a week late. They only refunded me the delivery charge which I feel was a weak response. They should have refunded me half of the cost or more for this mistake and given me a coupon/credit for a future order. DON'T USE FLOWERSPOT!! read more
