And Heidi's use of tech to communicate with online clients is also very well done. I particularly appreciated receiving a photo of the arrangement prior to it leaving the shop. I order flowers from Boston from my boyfriend's mother for many occasions and we are never sure what she will receive - at times we have been disappointed but not this time.
