My husband ordered me a beautiful bouquet for Valentine's Day but they kinda threw together a random assortment and delivered that. My husband called them after I thanked him and sent him a picture showing him his surprise arrived and he was shocked. He immediately told me the bouquet was not what he ordered. He said they seem unconcerned and offer to make an arrangement "more like something he ordered" whatever that means. In my opinion if you can't deliver on a product you shouldn't be selling it. He agreed anyway and they brought out an arrangement that was supposedly closer to what he had ordered but was an arrangement with maybe 25 pink roses instead of yellow with Lily's and the tiny bright pink flowers. The pink roses were browning on the edges so I opted to keep the original arrangement delivered. They should have, in the very least, contacted my husband to let him know they had to swap out flowers instead he overpaid for an bouquet that had 2 different flowers missing that weren't even replaced with anything. They used a different color of roses and different vase. So if you care to have your loved one receive what you pay for I'd look elsewhere. read more

After many years of using Flowerama for all my floral needs with usually great customer service and an excellent selection, I was totally and completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of selection, lack of customer service, total disregard for my wants and needs. I will elaborate: the staff was new, inexperienced, and unwilling to accommodate my wants and needs. They would not create my particular arrangement, they had all of two choices for Valentine's day, it was two weeks ahead of time but still they were very rigid and not willing to help. I needed to change the delivery location due to unexpected circumstances and gave them 24 hours notice and once again they were unwilling to change, help or offer any options. I would never recommend Flowerama! read more

I received what was supposed to be a beautiful surprise from a sweet friend, but some of the flowers were laying over wilted, the flowers that were supposed to be used for the most part were not! My friend contacted them and I am to receive what was ordered tomorrow and for their sake I hope it is the most perfect arrangement they can do with FRESH FLOWERS! read more

I had previously used Floweroma for mu wedding flowers and the done a great job. I recommended Floweroma for my daughter's wedding and she decided to also use them. I was highly disappointed her boquet was made with carnations , white Rose's and babysbreath, the white roses looked dark and not fresh, the bridesmaid boquet was supposed to be babysbreath and 6 pink carnations that I decided to add to a babysbreath boquet ..the boquet was so little and barley any babysbreath...and cost $42.47 each x 7...My total flower bill was around $580.00. I was highly disappointed for the cost of flowers and not to look fresh and bridesmaid boquets to be so tiny! The only thing that looked decent was the babysbreath corsages and babysbreath boutonnieres....I deffently wont recommended floweroma anymore! I also wont be using them anymore! read more

I live in California and needed to send flowers in Springfield for a family funeral. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but I called to place my order and she was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I wanted to create something a little bigger than what their website showed. She explained to me how they would do that and I placed my order. You never know how something will turn out using a place you know nothing about, but I just received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they are gorgeous! The first flower shop I think of when I'm back home. I have bought arrangements from Flowerama on two occasions. The first being a centerpiece for my niece's first Birthday cake table - a gorgeous array of various pink and white flowers that worked out well. The second was a more recent visit for "Get Well" flowers for my mother after her hip replacement surgery. My sister, niece and nephew and I picked out a fun arrangement of colorful "crazy daises" and matching Get Well Mylar balloons. It was a tie between the daises and a beautiful arrangement of pink roses, but the kids thought the daises were the right choice! I am compelled to write a review for Flowerama not only because the owner and staff are super friendly, but on both occasions I found the price of their arrangements to be more reasonable. My sister and I stopped by a grocery store's flower department only to walk out a few minutes later empty handed. I remembered the good deal for my niece's Birthday flowers, and am glad we decided to try Flowerama again for my mom's flowers. They also have a great selection of outdoor plants, chocolates and other various flower accompaniments. Flowerama is definitely worth a look the next time you need fresh flowers. read more

I was running a little late the day before Valentine's Day and ordered flowers on line from Flowerama. I did request a next day delivery on Valentine's Day to my wife's work place. I and my wife waited all day and when she left work at 3:30 no flowers. She got a call a little after 6:00 from work saying the flowers were delivered. I was upset but the flowers looked very nice when my wife got them the next day but here is why they get 5 stars. They brought her another fresh arrangement later that day! I received flowers from Flowerama when I was in the hospital in Springfield, MO. They were beautiful but started wilting the day after I received them. Most of the flowers that I receive last quite a long time. Then when most in the arrangement are wilted, I'm able to salvage a few and put in a vase. I tried to do this only 4 days after receiving them and only a couple were good enough to keep. read more

NOT IMPRESSED, I had to put one star, because it makes you, my grandmother passed away on Easter, and her funeral was this past Saturday 4/11. Three of my best friends went in and ordered flowers, the flowers didn't make it to the funeral home in time, they didn't call to let anyone know, my husband called my friend and made her aware. She called and they stated, "oh, we were going to call and let you know they weren't delivered." This is after they charged a $30 delivery fee. They where then asked to deliver the flowers to my house, the flowers were not delivered until Monday 4/13. THEN the card read: "Deepest Sympathyweensy" It should have just said, "Deepest Sympathy" then state the three names. So I was very disappointed with the flowers I sent to a friend in the hospital. I live far away and wanted something pretty to be there (sort of representing me) when she got out of the operating room. Another friend sent me a picture of the flowers. I was shocked. I had ordered something from the website (thinking it would be easier). It looked nothing like the pic. There were no lilies, roses, tulips, or anything nice. There were 5 snapdragons and a few carnations. It looked like mostly filler greenery and babysbreath. It was not pretty. I spent $80 and felt like I got ripped off by this business. They seem a tad disorganized over there. Basically, I learned that this is not a good florist to trust. read more
