Also the staff really knew which flowers would compliment each other as i did not know which flowers to select and the staff were a big help to me. I have also been on the other end as i had received a big bouquette of a dozen red roses from my boyfriend from here and they last for ages. Also the person delivering the flowers to me even though my boyfriend had put down my old office address which we had recently moved from. Also the delivery driver was really nice.

We gave pictures to illustrate the shape of the bouquet we wanted but what we received was what we had already said we didn't want. Hair flowers for the bride were completely wrong. Since the flowers arrived two hours before the service we had no choice but to accept them. I have emailed twice to discuss this situation but they haven't come back to us at all.
