They have a lot of variety and offer some amazing services but the one young black lady I just spoke to was rude. I came in right before closing, like five minutes to five, but I had one question. Instead of the lady taking the 30 second to hear my question, she kept telling me things unrelated and said "I guess you can take a look even though we're closing on two minutes" in an annoying voice. I've been here on other occasions and gotten good service and would understand her attitude more had I come in with a slew of questions. However I did not. Additionally, I think they should look into expanding their hours. Even if it was just to 7pm, it's a chance for people who work 9-5 to come shop. read more

So I needed a boutinerre and corsage for a daddy daughter dance. It was so last minute & I needed it today. So I found this place on yelp. It was very pretty when I walked in. I saw a few arrangements thru the glass doors and they were beautiful. The saleswoman was very sweet & helpful and offered me what I needed in an hour! They also had lots of ribbon choices which I really liked so you could match with anything. When I picked it up, everything was ready to go. I almost cried a little cuz it was so beautiful! We hired Wedding and Celebration Creations to provide our flowers, linens, and table decorations for our recent wedding and everything was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The owners provided excellent service throughout the whole process and really listened to what I had in mind. I LOVED our flowers and the reception room looked so lovely with the chair covers, table sashes, and head table decorations. They also offered package pricing for multiple services, so that saved us some money. I recently had this flower shop take care of my wedding flowers, and they came out alright, but what I am really writing about is my experience with the staff. The man who works there seems nice enough, but the woman who takes care of all the wedding flowers is beyond rude. Every time we went in there to speak to her she acted like we were bothering her, and before answering any questions she would rudely say.. "well did you have an appointment today?" She always seemed like she was rushed, and that if you did not go in there knowing EXACTLLY what you want, that you were inconveniencing her. Recently traveled to Michigan for the funeral of a close family member. Not knowing any florists in the area, we chose this one as it was convenient to our location. We arrived at the funeral home early the first day of the viewing only to see two large hydrangeas were wilted. Numerous calls were placed to the florist and messages left on their machine, but no one called us back. The flowers had to be removed and replaced by another florist. Would not recommend this florist as they did not stand behind their arrangement. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered well in advance of the day I needed them (a Saturday) and was assured they would be delivered, on Saturday nothing arrived so I called but they close early on Saturday. They close on Sunday as well and after calling 5 times to get to someone on Monday I got a response of "oops we just didn't send them," they didn't offer me any money back until I asked a couple times and even then it was a very small part of what I spent. I received flowers from this florist. They were in terrible condition. Brown around the edges and wilted. Looked a week old when they arrived. I called to let them know, but their phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody ever answers. I emailed both addresses, and no one ever responded. My guess is they've gone out of business? These ladies did a wonderful job on my wedding flowers! I didn't know a lot about what flowers were in season, or about much of what I liked at all. The sales woman was so helpful, she happily pulled out many pictures and told me about each flower and accent l liked. We went through different shades and sizes that roses were available in until she had customized the bouquet of my dreams. The corsages were beautiful, and they even went out of their way to create tiny little boutonnieres for my nephews. The owner completed this all with ease.
