I asked her four times for her opinion on what flowers should be in the bouquet and she kept asking me what I wanted, then I told her twice I didn't think we were communicating well and I would go somewhere else and she kept asking questions and making comments that didn't add to the conversation. It was not a pleasant conversation at all and really put a damper on my day of wedding prep.

I picked up the most beautiful arrangement -- beyond what I had expected! The colors were perfect and stunning, the flowers were fresh and a wonderful combination of textures, and the arrangement was visually lovely (not a traditional pyramid shaped tall display). They grow all the flowers organically on their property and she hand picks them to create whatever floral display we wanted. Ginette, with her husband Dan, own We Adore Flowers. Dan creates customized hand laser wood plaques that are beautiful and a keepsake for the receiving family. We were ordering flowers for a celebration of life service. We wanted it special. Ginette and Dan way over exceeded our expectations! We live on the west coast and could not attend the funeral. We gave Ginette creative license to create her floral art piece with a price and the overall feel of what we were looking for in the arrangement. My original order preference was not available because of seasonal changes (very understandable), they contacted me right away to explain the situation and proceed to design another arrangement. When the arrangement arrived at the church I cried because it was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I wish I had taken a picture, but I did not. Placed an order through 1-800-flowers for a friend who is going through a loss. The flowers were…read morereceived and she sent me photos and it did not match the quality of the photo that I ordered. There was only two white roses in an arrangement supposed to be mostly roses. I called 1-800-flowers and they immediately apologized that the arrangement didn't look as nice as it did online, and refunded me. Honestly I didn't need a refund, I just was surprised it didn't look like what I expected. I never asked for a refund. But the worst part came afterwards when the florist at this shop was calling and harassing my friend (the recipient), instead of contacting me, saying they were going to come pick up the flowers because they weren't going to be paid for, and leaving someone who is going through a hard time already, in a confused and frustrated place. The tone in which this employee spoke with us was completely unacceptable. She ended up telling me that no one should go through 1-800-flowers (then why does your business partner with them??), and made the whole situation completely my problem for using this website. Again, why would 1-800-flowers issue a refund to me if they weren't going to pay the small business? All I wanted was for my friend to be left alone, and for the flowers she had to be kept by her. So even though I was disappointed by the cheap looking arrangement they put together, I paid them separately. The whole experience was unbelievably poorly handled. Don't use this florist, there has to be better options in the area.
