It happened way too many times and almost made us give up. But wow, the new ownership has completely turned things around! The service is now warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious (everything tastes like it's made with care). And the restaurant itself? Spotless--clean tables, floors, restrooms, everything feels welcoming and well-maintained. We're so happy we gave it another shot. Then hit me with, "How long till you get here?" I said 20 minutes, and she said it would be ready when we walked in... and it absolutely was! Not only was it ready, but she remembered my name, greeted my son like he was the VIP of the day, and handed him his donut breakfast sandwich like it was a birthday crown. Let me tell you... that sandwich got TWO thumbs up and a whole birthday smile! Mission accomplished!
