I ordered a Dance With Me Bouquet online and upgraded to the deluxe version (the largest that they sell) When the order arrived the bouquet vase (if you can call it that) fit onto a drink coaster and the flower arrangement was the size of a dessert plate (approx 8" diameter). Product was misrepresented at best. Extremely disappointed. I just moved to Amherstburg and send flowers on a monthly basis so it's not like I don't know what to expect. I ordered the "Arrive in style" premium bouquet (see posted photo). It looks malnourished at best. I also posted a picture of what it's supposed to look like which is what's displayed on their website. I would not recommend ordering from this place. I called to explain that I was unhappy with the arrangement as it didn't look anything like the picture and the owner said well what would you like? I said a refund because they're not what I ordered and I wouldn't pay more than $30 for them to which she lost it and then said well we'll go pick them up then. Their version of customer service is picking up the bouquet that you purchase for your significant other. Isn't that a good experience for your customers!? When I called her out on it she said well we'll pick them up and redo them. I said ok. Then when the driver arrived he told my girlfriend that they were not going to redo them. What I find the most insulting is that I had ordered from this place at least 5 times prior to this. You would think that they would want to keep a loyal customer by being respectful and understanding instead of a condescending know it all on the phone. This is the last time I'm ordering from this horrible business owner. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

My experience with this horrible company.. I ordered my mother some flowers on May,7/2016 at 1am. When I was ordering, and they were taking my money the flowers I wanted with the date I wanted was no problem to have as the website allowed the purchase to go through. The flowers came a day early so I paid 100 dollars on a purchase , and the deliver time that's states on my invoice gets messed up with no notification to me , and the flowers don't look like the ones on the website they are very rushed looks horrible in comparison to what the website represents.. I called them to complain and get a resolution he owner was rude to me , saying that if I want everything to work out perfect in life I should give up on life now.. She also said that since I bought the flowers on the 7th that if my order was shipped early , and my flowers weren't what the website is shown to have that they have the right to substitute with no communication to me as the consumer.. I asked her then Why was I able to go through with the order if they can't provide the service I want? If it's too late I will go to another florist , but if I'm paying 100 dollars for flowers , and the quality suffers because I ordered the day before is a ridiculous claim. If you are paying for a service and they are advertising as such that the date and the type of flowers are available to you then they should supply you with that service or make a note on the website that if you want satisfactory service then you need to order early!! When I brought this all to the owners attention she went off on me and hung up the phone basically telling me it's my fault I ordered the day before.. Never going there again!! read more
