I didn't have everything correct when I placed the order and they called and helped me get it corrected. Very helpful and I highly recommend you to reach out to them. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to share but this is what her mother told my friend, "She walked up to them right away and said "oh look Michelle, your friends sent these beautiful flower ". We have used Swan's in the past when we lived there and were always impressed with their work.

Of course with the time difference (PST to EST) is 3hrs. I missed the Next Day Service, so I called them THE day of her bday. Artistic floral was so awesome and has the BEST customer service I've had in a long time. Not only they worked around my budget and my mom's favorite flowers, they also ensure the delivery was made the same day without the extra fees like other florists do. I'm SO grateful I picked them. **Coffee Shop Review** We stopped by while visiting a donut…read moreplace next door. Decided to get a latter on a whim. I got a hot lavender latte and seated inside the store. It's a cute chic shop to grab coffee, look at beautiful pictures and floral arrangements. The latte was well made. I made a couple of special requests and the barista was happy to accommodate them. Since we were the only folks in the store, Maya was chatting with us and made us feel very welcome. She had great things to say about the owner of the store who sounds like a very talented person.
