Her excuse was that her flowers didn't come in fresh enough to put them in the bouquets.....therefore we got a smaller arrangement. BAD excuse LADY!!!! and being Valentines Day is NO excuse either. Don't sell if you can't provide. My arrangement only lasted for 4 days. Roses and lilies should last MUCH longer than that.
