My husband gets off at 5:30, he got to the store and was IN the store when an employee told him they close at 6pm. My husband says I know exactly where the stuff is, there is a line of people I won't be but a minute. The employee, male had NO name tag and was wearing a brown hoodie, then got worse and told my husband to leave. My husband said "we have no water", the employee said "that's not my problem". For a hardware store who helps people with such issue it is their problem. There were NO SIGNS on the doors indicating the time change for New Year's Eve. My husband then attempted to go to Lowe's, who at least had signs on their doors. This was the last nail in the coffin for us and dealing with your company.

My wife and I solicited quotes from 3 other landscaping companies before settling on Faltz…read moreLandscaping. The 3 others met us at our home and listened to our ideas and took measurements of the areas to be landscaped. Within a week we received quotes from two of the other companies that just parroted back our ideas without any design drawings or detail. The third company jerked us around for 3 additional weeks before telling us they were too busy and gave us a baseless and wildly expensive "estimate" for next year. In contrast, Josie Blumenthal from Faltz came to our house twice to sketch the area, take dimensions and develop our design ideas. On the 2nd trip she took aerial photos with a drone and prepared a concept design based upon our ideas. At our third meeting, Ben Brown, Faltz Landscape Architect, who was mentoring Josie, joined the Team and proposed some new design concepts that we liked a lot. We signed a contract and within a week the Faltz crew was on site. The 3-man crew were experienced, polite and professional. Most of the time while the work was in progress, either Josie, Ben or both were on site, assuring the work was in conformance with the plan. At the end of every workday, the crew cleaned our yard and driveway. Three days later the work was complete. The final product far exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the entire Faltz Team, especially Ben and Josie. We felt that Faltz provided a superior product and good value. We'd highly recommend Faltz for your landscape needs.

I came in for a niche, large item that didn't show a location in the system. Rose was quick to take…read moreon the task of helping me find it! As if they were leading me on a safari, we went on a search for the item or for someone to give us more guidance. Even after being told by another employee that because it doesn't have a location means I can only buy it online, Rose had high spirits and dedication to help. We spoke to a couple of nice men in lumber and they knew what I was searching for! In fact, the only 3 they showed they had were outside between the fence and a utility box.
