I am currently on the phone with Teleflora- already over 2 hours and there is still no solution. I went directly to their website so as to not go through a third party. They know there is an issue and did say they were attempting to sever their relationship with Teleflora. I just called the shop myself. Very poor customer service. She cut me off when I was speaking. Yelling at me. She is a raving lunatic. She hung up on me. Still no flowers. Whatever you do - do not order from this shop.
