We were so excited to visit a fresh flower shop in downtown Mansfield. However, the majority of flowers in the storefront are fake with a musty smell. The potted plants were real but several of them were dying. The employee acted so annoyed we were in there and when asked, had no fresh flower arrangements to even show us as an example. None of the flower arrangements on their website are their original work. This place is a creepy, stuffy disappointment to the art community in Mansfield. read more

Just used this florist to make a delivery in the Mansfield area and I'm so pleased! I made the order online late the night before and the flower arrangement was delivered before noon the next day! Love the arrangement and appreciated the handwritten note, such a classy touch. Had flowers delivered that were originally less than desired/not as impressive as the description of the order. Normally would not have complained, but I did since it was for Mother's Day. Flowers Etc received my complaint and took measures to make it better. I should have just ordered directly from them with their recommendations on flowers. They care about the outcome of their product as well as their clients. If you want a product you love, work with Flowers Etc. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Ordered flowers on 2/8/24 for Valentine's Day for my mom in hospice care. Store called to say out of my selection but fresh batch due on Monday 2/12/24. We confirmed fresh tulips, radient red, would be delivered on Monday 2/12/24. Order looked nothing like picture on the website. Tulips were already drooping on Monday and by Thursday, they were very sad! Pictures will be uploaded. My mom was so disappointed! I have called store several times, left message and no call back to share this and try to rectify. Wanted to order flowers from local store instead of a big flower chain. I believe the flowers do not look like what was ordered so I called to inquire why mostly purple was used instead of pink like the photo looked and the owner or whoever was working there started arguing back with me so strongly I had to raise my voice for him to stop arguing and even listen to what I was saying. A HUGE Shout Out to Flowers, Etc. in downtown Mansfield! Claire picked up Jordan's boutonnière yesterday and didn't realize until she got home that it was not at all what she wanted and that it was way too big for a boutonnière. Unfortunately, that flower shop closed at 3:00 yesterday and was closed today. The sweet couple at Flowers, Etc. remade it for her using some of the original coordinating flowers DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US. We will definitely be using them anytime we need flowers in the future! read more

I tried to place an order for delivery for my sister. I spoke to Susan and she got upset because I asked about the balloon. She told me no one has ever asked that question. Then I ask to have the flowers delivered before noon. She said it would be between 8 am - noon. I asked her again, please make it before noon, my sister's work closes at noon. She argued again stating "that what I said". I asked for the manager and she said she was the owner and "what the heck is your problem?" I told her "your attitude". She told me "you're being a butt." I can't believe how disrespectful these people are. I called back to cancel my order and the "other owner", which I'm believe is her husband, Gary, was just as rude. Terrible experience with two different deliveries. Flowers died within 2 days of receiving. Poor customer service.

The week before Christmas I searched for and found what I thought to be an ethical local florist in Mansfield. I did not want to use a big internet company. I wanted to support my local businesses. I called and placed an order for the highest tier of a particular Christmas arrangement for my manager. At the time she was very helpful and they had to order the flowers, which pushed the delivery to the next day. When the flowers were delivered the next day, they were half the size that they were supposed to be. I called the store and was told the owner would not be available until the following day. A few days later, I was finally able to make contact with the owner, and express my concerns. The only thing she offered to do at the time was go pick the flowers up. She proceeded to tell me that the arrangement was made according to the "specifications" for that arrangement and that it didn't matter what the arrangement looked like upon delivery. I asked her if she wanted to see a picture and she refused. She then very condescendingly proceeded to tell me two things. First of all, she said she was actually surprised that they came out as good as they did. Secondly, she very schnarkily said, "So you just don't want to pay. Is that it?" I responded that I would just like to come to a compromise. She proceeded to give me a lecture on floral arranging when all I was trying to do was to get her to stand by the imagery she has posted on her website. I finally told her I would be okay with her just meeting me halfway. I told her I would take a ten dollar credit as an act of good faith. You would have thought I was asking her to surrender her first born child. I wish I could post the pictures here so that you could see the difference in the size of the arrangement I ordered and what was delivered. Unfortunately, I can't. The best I can do is write this review. To get me off the phone, she agreed to give me a ten dollar refund accompanied by the most sarcastic, "Merry Christmas" I have ever heard in my life. I never got the refund. My only recourse is this review. I really thought that a down home, local, florist would have held themselves to a much higher ethical standard. I guess I was wrong. Please, if you are tired of being jerked around by everyone in today's society, and always having to put up with less than what you paid for then please, please, do not order or support this florist. Clearly they hold themselves above the rest of us. read more
