BEWARE!!!!If I could give no star I would. I was highly refer to this shop by a few people when I walk into Mrs.betty shop she was already told what I wanted but wasn't a hundred percent sure so she ask me to come over I showed her a picture on my phone which was a rose gold rose and she said that color is call dusty rose she explain to me she is not sure if she could get the roses in that color but she would be able to get another flower in that color to go along with the ivory roses and the pink rose that she was told I wanted I needed these for my Grandma funeral spray I also order a bleeding heart spray in the same colors she gave me a total of 424 pluse tax and said she know I may not have cash on me now but needed the cash the next morning so she could go get my flowers I explain to her I would have the funeral home pay her she said No! She needed the money right away because she has to buy the flowers the next morning and the check is gonna take too long to clear the funeral home even ask if they could use a card to pay she again said no I told her let me see what I can come up with and will be in touch the next morning, the next morning I call and again ask if they could use a card she said NO ! I got the cash together and brought it to her that morning when I got there she told me she forgot to add something to the bill I said ok what's the balance now she said 447 I said ok I have her 440 she said don't worry about the 7 , I left this was about 9:30am Thursday morning around 7:00pm Thursday night she call and said the colors you pick out with the casket you have I think you should do yellow and ivory carnations I explain to her why I want the colors I paid for and I don't want any yellow in my flowers and I want roses she said that's just her opinion I said thanks but no thanks she said ok i will do what you ask I then call her back and ask if she could send me a picture she said she had left I said okay when I got to the church on Friday the flowers on the heart and the casket were not what I ask for some of them on top of the casket were dead I call her Mrs. Betty I was very polite when calling I explain to her this is not what I wanted she reply back and said I did the best I could with what I had I ask what happened to the flowers I paid for she start yelling and over talking me I disconnected the call I call one of my referral and they ask for a pic of the flowers I sent them and they call Mrs. Betty she told her she did what she thought would look better then the funeral home call Mrs Betty she then told them I sent her pictures and that's what I wanted , both the funeral home and my referral told her that she must fix the flowers she went to the funeral home and fix the flowers she went to the funeral home Friday evening after the viewing and fix the flowers but there still wasn't much roses it was mostly carnations with a few roses and she change the colors to the PInk and white with no dusty rose coloring !!! And the ribbon that hung from it was wrinkled a long with the paper that had the message from the family it was on a piece of pad paper ! Oh and before I forget I ask for a pink Rose brooch to be pinned to my grandmothers ivory suit and she pinned a ivory rose to her suit and then said I ask for that color I have my receipts that show differently I wish I could upload them for you all to see !! read more
