Another day of no communication- was told he was working on it. The next day, was told I needed an FPL form. I had emailed and spoken to FPL with no mention of a form. He could not take my email (I had already provided) due to driving so I texted. Day 4's follow up was back to the form again. I said "if you're too busy, maybe I should try to get a quote elsewhere" to which he replied "ok" and hung up. Basic business transaction: I repair tv's- please give me a quote to repair my tv's- here's what I charge and here's your quote. This should have been resolved in one call and a week would have not wasted.

At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Prices on some things here are really good, much less than other stores and quality is good. If you like to bake then definitely get your stuff here like they have cartons of eggs for less than $1.
