I mean, I wasn't wearing the BEST outfit as I was coming from an exercise class but wow major judgment there the second you walk in the store. And if returning an item (fyi done well within their limited 14 day timeframe) which I had to do from a gift I received, the attitude and treatment is enough that I won't be returning. I literally felt like they thought I was somehow frauding them based on the way I was treated! There's no way I would ever want to be a client where I feel uncomfortable returning or exchanging an item! Oh wait! They don't accept any returns! It's exchange only ! With SO many places to shop, empathy, a great positive attitude, and no judgment is key. Respect truly does go a long way.

The lack of shoes in the shoe department as well as the minimal decor on the shelves of the home section eluded to a going out of business sale. It was a sad state of affairs! On a positive note, there was a gorgeous Adrianna Papell gown for only $29.99 and it was my size! I didn't try it on because I'm already over budget this month, but what a steal. The accessories section, specifically the hats and scarves were well stocked. In fact, my bestie scored an adorable gray Kate Spade scarf adorned with two black bows for $25. Due to the scarf score, it wasn't a wasted trip. I can't say I'd make a special trip to this particular Ross, but I'd stop by when in the area again.

There are plenty of shops, a lovely restaurant, a café with delicious pastries, and another spot for great coffee and smoothies to go. The plaza is always decorated by designers for the holidays -- Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day -- and it looks stunning every time! This time there was a pumpkin patch with a DJ, drinks, a photographer, ice cream, and other treats -- fun for both kids and parents. So many photo spots and such an aesthetic atmosphere.
