I would never use this business again. They were horrible. I specifically gave instructions as to what I wanted. I asked for Square clear vases. I was told I had to pay extra for them. I said fine. I wanted white flowers and hydrangea. I was told I had to pay extra for the white flowers I said fine. The arrangements came I ordered three at $75 apiece and they were horrible. They were a dollar store upright vase no white flowers some crappy purple poking out with no design concept whatsoever when I called the owner to complain about it she was rude and told me the flowers were gorgeous, I asked for a complete refund of my money since I paid extra for the special vises that I never got nor the white flowers that I never got and a horrible design for $75 for three arrangements please don't use this business. He will be very disappointed. She never refunded my money, she told me I was not one of her kind of customers. Obviously not I'll go back to Flowers on the farm that do a beautiful job and she's genuinely interested in your business unlike this woman. read more

Looked at this shop for a wedding. Christie was quick to book a meeting, but when we arrived she admitted she never put it in her calendar and was clearly unprepared. She went on to talk over us during the consultation, telling us her vision for the wedding before she even really talked with us or looked at our inspiration. She also told us she would send a quote. After about 4 follow up messages over a month, she never did. A customer should not have to hound a business owner for a quote. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service we experienced. Don't waste your time with someone if they won't respond promptly, especially with something of such a high budget for your wedding. We went with Bakes & Baldwin - much more pleasant experience so far. I may write a review for them after the wedding as well. read more

I'm usually too busy to leave reviews either positive or negative so it takes a lot to force me to find the time to express myself and this is one of those times. Suffice it to say if I could leave no stars I would. I won't go into the details because they don't matter, what does matter is that I received the WORST customer service that I've received in decades. I bought a flower that I've been buying for years, and not an inexpensive one at that. It was faulty, I think it was way beyond it's prime, so I called to report the problem right when I got the flowers home. The attitude started then and continued throughout my entire experience. To make matters worse I believe that the woman I interacted with is the owner which makes it even worse. She was sticky sweet during the purchase, but the second there was a problem she essentially blamed me for it. It takes a lot to piss me off and she pissed me off. I, like John, will NEVER return to that flower shop. Any flower shop would be better than this one. Steer clear unless you like dealing with rude, condescending, arrogant people who don't know the meaning of customer service. read more

First of all lets get one thing correct, Flowers on the Green, is not on the green. Its on Boston Post Road next to the old friendly's building. Not that we have cleared that up I will continue. I will make this as brief as possible. called in and had a lovely conversation with the lady who answered the phone. Ordered light pink Peonies to be delivered to a client/friend. Gave a budget, was told no problem. What was delivered was 2 rose, a gerber daisy, and a tall green stalk, wrapped in Giraffe print ribbon. I emailed them twice, asking what happened and never got an email back with an explanation or apology. Not exactly great customer service. With so many other great florist in town, take my advice go somewhere else. White house florist has been around forever, not sure why I strayed, also try roses for Autism. They helped me fix the problem and sent a fantastic arrangement same day to make up for the Flowers on the Green, Correction: Flowers on Boston Post Roads failure. read more

i absolutely love this shop. Christy is so creative with her work. She makes every arrangement personal and beautiful like no other. I used her for my wedding. Im a little untraditional and I gave her some color ideas and let her have some creative freedom. I was beyond happy with what she came up with. The mens boutinears were perfect and the girls bouquets were gorgous. My flowers... i couldnt stop stairing at them. And she made a beautiful flower basket and head halo for my niece. What a hit. Great work as always!!! And customer service is 5 STAR!!!!! read more
