I wasn't able to answer the door when they delivered the bouquet, so they left it on the doorstep and called to let me know they were there (it was a cold winter day and they were hoping I could bring them in quickly). Kait did the florals for my wedding in June and did an incredible job. I went in to meet with her before my wedding with very little idea of what I wanted, but after speaking with her, it was clear she was able to interpret the elements I wanted to include even though I wasn't really able to clearly explain what I had in mind. She did a great job incorporating florals into my dog's collar and wrapping my bouquet in a piece of my moms wedding gown. Kait also gave me great tips on how to be most cost-effective with the florals I was using and still have a beautiful day without wasting any flowers. Horrible horrible horrible! Looked nothing like advertised. I could have picked better flowers in my backyard. I paid for the premium upgrade and got a couple of sunflowers and some hydrangeas. For $117 bucks? For that I get a mason jar? I shoulda stuck with Meyers. Kait is crap! I'd be embarrassed to be the owner of this company. I've emailed and called twice and have had zero contact with the shop since the day I placed my order online. I placed an order the Friday before Mother's Day for delivery on Tuesday, May 10. Someone called out of concern that the flowers were for Mother's Day and I said no and that Tueaday was fine. No response to my email or voicemails. I will be disputing charges with this shop.
