Everything was GORGEOUS, vibrant, and somehow even more beautiful than the AI-generated inspiration images I showed them. The bouquets, arrangements, and details were perfect, and I honestly don't know how they pulled it off so flawlessly. They delivered everything exactly on time and went above and beyond with such thoughtful touches. They even put together a special box for my photographer that included loose flowers to match my bouquet for flatlay photos, plus a sweet note, snacks, and an energy shot. My photographer was so impressed she said she can't wait to recommend them to all her couples! Throughout the night I got endless compliments on the flowers--guests kept asking who did them because they were just that stunning. I can't wait to get mine preserved as a keepsake. If you need florals for a wedding or special event, look no further. Betina's is the best of the best!

The team took our vision and went above and beyond decorating the entire venue not just with floral arrangements but with candles, drapery and so much more. Since it was a two day event her team was there throughout the weekend to assist with any replacements that were needed. Truly above and beyond service.

It looked like someone shoved a bunch of stems down into a clear vase with no thought of making an arrangement. There was a flat side that had no blossoms. The flowers were only two colors, a dark reddish-orange and pale pink, ugly together. Saving grace was a stem of lilies that were nice when they opened up. Of course, I graciously thanked my boy when he called, but did not tell him how disappointing they were. This is the first time for this florist and hopefully the last.

I had second thoughts the moment I walked through the door, but with some convincing I finally…read moreagreed. After we first ordered the flowers, I had to leave and collect my thoughts because I was already regretting my decision due to the interesting smell in the shop. The aroma was definitely not flowers. These flowers were for my mother-in-law's funeral and when we went to the funeral home the day before to check everything, the flowers looked like absolute crap. They were skimpy, and didn't even match what we ordered. My husband politely called to address the issues and to see how we could fix this. The flowers that my family ordered came to over $600. They were not cheap!! When my husband called to ask the owner to rectify the discrepancies, the owner told us "I wish you got your flowers somewhere else". Then he hung up. The lack of empathy and professionalism is disgusting, especially after my mother in law got her flowers from this shop for over 40 years. We were only asking for what we paid for. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Do better. In this situation, I should have heeded my first impression of him and the shop. I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars.

At 7 I started calling. I got through around 7:15 and Bill, the owner, answered and took care of everything. He took time to find out how much I wanted to spend and asked about my friend to make sure she got the perfect bouquet. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get them delivered before she went to work, but no worries. She got them early afternoon as promised and LOVES THEM!! Thank you, Bill! They are beautiful and I will certainly remember you next year!!! (same review left on Google)

The Glass Orchid has to be one of the best, if not THE best gift shop in Vineland. They're constantly changing their stock and keeping up with seasonal items. It's a small store, but it's CRAMMED with all kinds of goodies. They range from the things you'd expect, like cough drops, get well cards, flowers and small baby gifts, to some really awesome things like primitive home decor, Yankee candles, Burt's Bee's products, hand blown glass, AWESOME jewelry, handbags, perfume and all KINDS of seasonal stuff. Those of us that have payroll deduction often get put on the "naughty list" for spending too much in one pay period and get banned from purchasing for the month. : ( But seriously, if you are in need of cute gift, especially inexpensive but really cute jewelry or primitives, this is the place to go.
