Called office and I told them I didn't think tank needed pumping out in less than a month, but she suggested that we might just need it snaked out. We set up an appointment for 6/29/26 and Jimmy Hodnett came today 6/28 (day early) and found we had a blockage from the house to the distribution box, he used the snake and blockage is gone. Problem stemmed from our purchasing a new toilet about the time the tank was pumped out. It seems newer toilets need to be flushed TWICE to get things moving to septic system. Very grateful for the professional manner in which Jimmy resolved our problem, answered our questions and offered suggestions to "keep things moving" in the future. Thank you! They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.
