I am pleased to report that after dealing with Blalock's Appliance on several occasions, I am quite satisfied and will continue to do business with them in the future should the need arise. Rather than making a trip to my house to collect the fee for making a house call and potentially inventing some costly repair, the staff walked me through what turned out be a simple fix right over the phone at no cost.
