We paid $12 grand for all new equipment and install - we found out not that long after (we had no water and had to call a well specialist through American Homeshield) that they not only sold us equipment we didn't need (to the tune of $5k) but also installed a USED tank (said it was NEW) and improperly installed our system, leaving wires exposed which ended up drying the system AND we found the bladder was bad in the tank. We should have gotten 10-15 years out of our investment, instead we got less than 3, and had to pay an additional $4k for their shoddy work. On top of that, when they did initial install, they left a HUGE mess, which cost us even more time to clean up both in and out of our house, including haul away fees for the old equipment they dumped in our yard and left there. Would NOT recommend....EVER.

I spoke with Nathan and he said he could be at my home within a few hours. He showed up as he said he would, and within 24 hours of my call, It was back to normal with a new pump, a replaced cracked pvc pipe, and a complete pump out of my septic tank. I called numerous appliance repair companies within an hour from us and was unable to connect with anyone available to assist. I then called Carter's Heating & Cooling, who put in our HVAC when we built 10 years ago here at the lake. It turns out they also ran the propane line to the house. Greg Carter was very responsive, and Jamie came out first thing the next morning. After doing an initial check of things, he disassembled the cooktop and found the leak at the regulator. Interestingly, we had a local appliance repair out here in 2019 when we smelled propane at the cooktop. While I don't know if they ever corrected the issue or not, Carters did! I have always been impressed with Carter's and highly recommend them if you want things done right.
