I made an appointment with Alpha Septic Service and today got a receipt saying Superior Septic Service. Even Justin's comment here under Alpha starts out with "Superior Septic Service...". First let me say I'm new to the septic tank sewage system. I was out in the back yard finishing…read moresome chores when I got a nose full of some sewage coming from one of the two tanks in the ground. I saw that the concrete cap was leaking fluids which is obviously not what should be happening. The very next morning I called the first septic service company on my list which was Alpha Septic. I spoke with Nathan and he said he could be at my home within a few hours. He showed up as he said he would, and within 24 hours of my call, It was back to normal with a new pump, a replaced cracked pvc pipe, and a complete pump out of my septic tank. This is a family run professional company. Nathan and Justin are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. There is no reason for me to use anyone else for septic issues.
