In my experience, favoritism is obvious and many students are treated unfairly depending on who they are or who they know. Bullying is a constant issue, and instead of stopping it, it often feels ignored or brushed off. Students get made fun of regularly, and it creates a toxic environment where people don't feel safe being themselves. Fights happen almost every day, and there doesn't seem to be enough done to prevent them or handle them properly. The lack of consistent discipline makes things worse, because students know they can get away with bad behavior while others get punished unfairly. Instead of feeling like a place to learn and grow, the school feels stressful and hostile. Overall, Osbourne Middle School needs to seriously improve how it handles bullying, student safety, and fairness. A school should be a place where students feel supported and protected, not judged, mocked, or afraid to come in every day.
