A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service. Next day I had Jerry at my door, he was punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything so that I could understand what needed to be done, the pricing, and options for the replacement pieces. It was all a seamless and easy process. Jerry was also quick and efficient which was another bonus. What gives this company extra brownie points in my books though is their honesty...To elaborate, I had partially fixed the issue with my toilet before Jerry came but there was still something slightly off about the water levels... after telling Jerry he was able to tweak the part that I didn't know how to fix and literally in seconds, he had the issue resolved. Given what a quick fix it was and that he was already out to help with other plumbing issues, he didn't charge me for the toilet fix. Little things like that go a long way because any other plumber would've likely charged me just for even touching it/assessing it. That shows me that they care about their long-term business and customers, so they aren't out to make a quick buck. Honest, hardworking people are the kind of businesses I'll always go back to for repairs and projects. Two separate experiences and I was a happy customer both times. Joseph took the initiative to contact AO Smith (brand of our bad water heater) to see if it was still under warranty. It turns out it did have a couple of years left, and Joseph offered to take it back to Lowe's in order to exchange it for a new one (where we purchased the water heater that was bad), this was already past 5 PM. Then, he came back and installed a new hot water line that was feeding the water heater (the old line had a leak already), finished the job after 8 PM. This must have been a long day for Joseph, but he always had a great attitude, was professional, and helpful. These are the type of people that make a difference when deciding who to call in the future when you need a service/plumbing needs. Flash forward to about a week and a half ago, and the valve in my backyard fire pit became stripped and was no longer opening or closing with they key. I am a DIY guy 95% of the time, but I am not about to go messing around with a gas line, so I called a local fire place shop to ask about repairs. They told me the job required a plumber and recommended Lloyd's Plumbing service. I called Lloyd's, left a message and... never heard back. After a couple days I searched on my own and found Gallegos Plumbing. I called them and asked about an estimate. The gentleman told me there was no charge to have someone come out I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The communication throughout the entire process was spectacular. Within a couple minutes of hanging up the phone, I had already received an email and text confirming my pending appointment, and even had a reminder email and text the next day. Bill Jeffries was the gentleman who came to my house. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also asked me about the issue I was having with my fire pit so he could be as prepared as possible. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took a look at my fire pit, spent time answering my questions, and walked me through three different solutions that could work. He was honest and transparent about the estimated costs for each potential solution, which I appreciated. But seeing the concerned look on my face, knowing that I was looking at a higher cost than expected due to how my fire pit was built, Bill offered a fourth solution that I could try myself, and walked me through how he would do it. In my experience, this just doesn't happen these days. Bill was genuinely interested in helping me figure out my problem and not just looking to make some money. After 30 minutes of his time, he gave me his card, shook my hand, told me to call if I needed anything, and bid me a good afternoon. I was left with no charge for the time or the visit, and a potential solution to my problem that I can try myself for the cost of a few tools and an afternoon. Gallegos Plumbing came through huge, and I feel that their service and expertise is second to none. Bill was extremely professional, friendly, and listened to me. I will most certainly be calling Gallegos Plumbing in the future for all my my plumbing needs, as mine was a great first experience. I am glad I found them, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service in their home. No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.

But when we needed to change out an old bathroom vanity for a new one, we knew we had to get serious about it. And if you hire a plumber to do the work, which DOES involve some plumbing, then it costs way more. I resigned myself to the search and literally just contacted the most popular handyman service in my town based on Yelp reviews. Guess what? thank goodness I did! 805's Handyman (NOT to be confused with "805 Handyman") responded right away--even though it was a Sunday and the World Cup games were on. I uploaded pics, sent in the details, got an estimate, and made an appointment. On the day of, a nice truck drove up with the logo painted proudly on the side (not a guy in a fancy sports car, like handyman #9). Two sturdy guys came in and got down to business right away--no fuss, all smiles, and dare I say it? Like they loved what they do. (Unlike handyman #7 who was a former engineer and complained the whole time, even refusing to do some tasks!) Long story shorter, the bathroom vanity switcheroo turned out to be bigger and messier project than expected. It ended up involving some retiling, grouting, electrical adjustments, alterations to trim, painting--and the plumbing bits and installation and removal. The workers were quiet, helpful, communicated the whole time and were just generally old-school excellent (unlike handyman #4, who was nice, but got everything crooked and a bit wonky, bless his heart). The 805's Handyman workers did ALL the plumbing/installing/electrical/tile work/painting--the whole shebang. And the end result is a sweet transformation for our upstairs bath (I also asked them to take care of a few more items on my to-do list, which they did quickly and again, with smiles). The whole thing was very gratifying. So much so, that the next time something in our house needs fixing, I will actually look forward to hiring 805's Handyman again. We're lucky to have them in the Ventura area and they are popular on Yelp for very good reasons.

He came with all his supplies and was prepared, he swapped out my old, ugly lighting fixtures and put in the new ones no issue. He was careful but prompt with getting this task complete. Very nice guy and someone you could trust and who did a honest thorough job. Aside from doing great work and being professional, the price point was also very reasonable compared to ten other quotes I got (yes, I do my research). This stroke of bad luck changed immediately. Larry was prompt to reply to my online inquiry and showed up the same evening to fix the table. Larry fixed the table to like new condition. You cannot tell it was nearly destroyed unless you turn it upside down to notice a very slight imperfection. Best of all, Larry communicates with you. If he's running behind for any reason he's prompt to call or text. He is also punctual. And reliable. Communication, reliability, and punctuality are very important to me. Larry hits the mark on everything. Very friendly also, after some brief banter I found out he had fixed a door jamb that someone kicked in earlier in the day, and after he fixed my table he was going to replace an exterior drain pipe with tree roots inside of it. I needed to have a new faucet set installed on my bathtub. I called a plumber who had done work for us before and he said that we needed to have the tub removed by a contractor before they could install the new faucets as the plumbing is located in a crawl space under the house. That would have required an additional expense of having a contractor remove the tub and break our tiles in the process. I called Pablo the owner of Flotech and he told me removing the bathtub was not necessary. His team of Ricardo and Miguel were able to install the faucets by using the crawlspace and not damage the tub or the tiles. In addition, my water heater burst the day before Pablo was supposed to arrive. I contacted him and he said it would be no problem installing a new water heater. Ricardo and Miguel noticed that my water pressure regulator to the house was on it's last legs as it was installed over 30 years ago. They replaced the pressure regulator, installed a new water heater and replaced my bathtub faucets all in one day. I could not be any more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail and their very high level of customer service. I fee that I was charged a fair price and they saved me money by not having taken the advice of my old plumber. I will only call Pablo and his excellent team from now on. read more

I had a dripping outside hose spigot just off the supply line coming in from the street - Pablo had me send him a picture of the bibb/valve and from that was able to tell me what he would do to fix the problem, and what the cost would be. He also gave me time slots when he could come and do the work. We arranged to have the work done the next day (I told him it wasn't urgent). Pablo had to reschedule for a couple hours later than we first planned, but was good about communication and told me I could reschedule for the next day if that was better for me. He came, did the work quickly, at exactly the price that he had quoted me, based on the photo I had sent. He also gave me very good advice about maintenance of the pressure regulator for the outside supply line as well as tips for homes very hard water, which so many of us in this area live in. *** In short, Pablo was very professional, prepared, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonably priced - what more could anyone ask for? I would not hesitate to Flowtech again for any problem, large or small, regarding plumbing! read more

My old water heater needed replacement as did some piping under my home (like most of it, I live in an area with very hard water). I called Pablo for an estimate and suggestions. Both were reasonable, especially about installing a filtration system. The crew worked hard, tested everything, cleaned up, and Pablo explained how the new equipment worked. For the first time in 35+ years, my water pressure is consistent, the water is odorless and tastes good, and I have hot water without long delays. Impressed by the high quality of service received! Contacted Pablo late in the day about a clogged drain. He answered the phone and was at my home within the hour prepared to get the job done. Turns out I needed more extensive service. He and his team showed up promptly at 8am and started working on my horrendously clogged system. Everything done to perfection! We pro-actively replaced the ice-maker outlet wall box because of the defect and corroded shut-off valve in our rental property. Installed a high end under-sink RO system, perhaps the only on the market with dual-flow (Waterdrop x-12pro), which also gets 5-stars! Things got tricky with a few added manifolds, because we wanted to bypass the system entirely in case of failure (belt & suspenders). Had a clogged toilet that wouldnt come unclogged no matter what I did. It was in the evening but they said they had a job nearby and could swing by. It turns out it did have a couple of years left, and Joseph offered to take it back to Lowe's in order to exchange it for a new one (where we purchased the water heater that was bad), this was already past 5 PM. Then, he came back and installed a new hot water line that was feeding the water heater (the old line had a leak already), finished the job after 8 PM. This must have been a long day for Joseph, but he always had a great attitude, was professional, and helpful. These are the type of people that make a difference when deciding who to call in the future when you need a service/plumbing needs. Unfortunately the contractor decided to place the gas line and valve to the pit within the masonry work, leaving no way to access the line should the need arise. Flash forward to about a week and a half ago, and the valve in my backyard fire pit became stripped and was no longer opening or closing with they key. I am a DIY guy 95% of the time, but I am not about to go messing around with a gas line, so I called a local fire place shop to ask about repairs. They told me the job required a plumber and recommended Lloyd's Plumbing service. I called Lloyd's, left a message and... never heard back. After a couple days I searched on my own and found Gallegos Plumbing. I called them and asked about an estimate. The gentleman told me there was no charge to have someone come out I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The communication throughout the entire process was spectacular. Within a couple minutes of hanging up the phone, I had already received an email and text confirming my pending appointment, and even had a reminder email and text the next day. Bill Jeffries was the gentleman who came to my house. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also asked me about the issue I was having with my fire pit so he could be as prepared as possible. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took a look at my fire pit, spent time answering my questions, and walked me through three different solutions that could work. He was honest and transparent about the estimated costs for each potential solution, which I appreciated. But seeing the concerned look on my face, knowing that I was looking at a higher cost than expected due to how my fire pit was built, Bill offered a fourth solution that I could try myself, and walked me through how he would do it. In my experience, this just doesn't happen these days. Bill was genuinely interested in helping me figure out my problem and not just looking to make some money. After 30 minutes of his time, he gave me his card, shook my hand, told me to call if I needed anything, and bid me a good afternoon. I was left with no charge for the time or the visit, and a potential solution to my problem that I can try myself for the cost of a few tools and an afternoon. Gallegos Plumbing came through huge, and I feel that their service and expertise is second to none. Bill was extremely professional, friendly, and listened to me. I will most certainly be calling Gallegos Plumbing in the future for all my my plumbing needs, as mine was a great first experience. I am glad I found them, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service in their home. It's hard to find good, honest, hard-working businesses these days who put their customers first, but Gallegos Plumbing is one of those few. Highly recommended, and I can't say thank you enough.

This company was able to schedule service right away (even on the weekend). They work 24/7 and can show up afterhours and holidays. They also send confirmation texts for appointments, surveys, etc. and emails for invoice and home inspections should you choose. Team Rooter had the best pricing for our clogged kitchen sink. We were so pleased with the work they did that we called Team Rooter again in 2026 for a different plumbing problem. I liked that they had complete records of the last time they were out. *FYI, after the plumbing work is complete, they send out a report with a description of the scope of work done. This month, Geovanni was assigned to us and he is the best - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and more than capable. He is the type of plumber I would feel safe referring to my grandmother if she had a plumbing issue. He also performed some drywall repair after replacing the pipes, and we were very impressed by his drywall work (he took the time to really match the existing walls on multiple floors in our house). A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service. Next day I had Jerry at my door, he was punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything so that I could understand what needed to be done, the pricing, and options for the replacement pieces.
