Ended up having to get it towed to the bottom of the mountain and goggled auto repair shops. Luckily I saw Certified Auto Repair and had it towed there. It was a small town on Sunday morning: everything was closed. I called the number wanting to leave a message about my car, but to my surprise the owner answered! Bryan was so sweet when i explained the situation and promised someone would be there by 8 am, even if it wasn't him. Note: he was speaking with while going through a family challenge and i truly appreciate him. Long story short, he called me in the morning and beat me to the shop! Him and his guys were able to jupm it and get it in the shop. It was a bad battery: they called O'Reilly and had it delivered, put in and me on the road with better directions than GPS, which saved me 1/2 an hour, all before 9:15 am!! The amazing thing: they didn't fleece me on the price, were super nice and very professional. How i wish he was in my town because he would absolutely be my mechanic. As a single woman, I cannot recommend him and the shop enough. I always felt safe, heard and respected

I had a nail on my rear driver tire while driving through the tri-state area so I found them online. The owner promptly addressed the issue with the help of his crew. The location of the puncture was close to the sidewall so it was somewhat tricky to patch...not too difficult but great teamwork was what I saw in these guys. The best part of my experience was when the owner sent me on my merry way without asking for a payment. What a Christian fellow! He knew we were on the road and I was with my family. It was close to Christmas and he exemplified the true Christmas spirit. More blessings to these guys.

The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. Did a great job on my truck, over a year ago, when I took it in. Took forever for them to fix it without keeping me updated as to why it was taking so long. Had to go back because they cracked my coolant tank. They actually told me that it had to be their fault so there would be no charge. Well there was, had to find something to make me pay for. I dont think it would have cost me anything if it had not been for the receptionist. Their fault, their word, no charge means just that, especially when I had already spent close to $3000 already and there was absolutely no leak prior AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL LEAKS. I love the mechanics but do not like his receptionist. She on the other hand is very rude. As to be expected, he went up in prices like all do, but if I want to pay dealership prices, I will go to a dealership. He was much better when he didnt have a receptionist...My business has been going elsewhere. When she is gone, I will consider returning. My opinion. Great mechanics, great owner, poor office person.
