Had to go back because they cracked my coolant tank. They actually told me that it had to be their fault so there would be no charge. Well there was, had to find something to make me pay for. I dont think it would have cost me anything if it had not been for the receptionist. Their fault, their word, no charge means just that, especially when I had already spent close to $3000 already and there was absolutely no leak prior AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL LEAKS. I love the mechanics but do not like his receptionist. She on the other hand is very rude. As to be expected, he went up in prices like all do, but if I want to pay dealership prices, I will go to a dealership.
