Place is useless. I had surgery on my throat and I need some quick pain relief. CBD oil works well and I can avoid the dangerous side effects of OTC pain medications. You can go to many retail outlets that sell CBD oil because it has no THC. This place is a medical marijuana dispensary and you need the medical card, etc to get the meds containing THC, but they won't even sell the non-THC products without the medical card. I think that is ridiculous and cruel. I would never do business with them even if I had the card. read more

The employees are mad cool, but the products disappoint. They get 3 starts because they have edibles that are fairly priced and friendly service. However, their other products disappoint. There pen cartridges don't pull right and burn much quicker compared to what I'm used to. And their flower is absolutely a joke. $55 for an 8th of that stuff? It's actually laughable. I'll continue to go here for the edibles, but I'll save my money and go elsewhere for literally every other product. read more

I've been going to this location for two or three years, and I've really liked it. It was easy to order, the staff was awesome, I liked the products, and the points system was great. Until this year. They began changing the names of everything, which I find confusing and pointless. The website wouldn't let me order online and I had to call in orders for weeks. The staff began turning over rapidly and endlessly. The points system is incredibly complicated, and they've started pushing me to redeem points 'before they expire', but can't tell me how many points are expiring. I picked a random number, which somehow didn't alter the dates of expiration.... Some staff give me dollar bills back and some don't. It's not so fun any more. read more

I am forced to buy different strains 450mg carts are harsh bitter and practically impossible to smoke / in hail. I haven't had proper relief in months and a Im on the verge of just being done and. saying the thousands of dollars I've spent haven't been for the best! :(. Have been to Trulieve & Curaleaf. Then I found Knox. What a difference. The staff were knowledgeable & scientifically informed. I did not not feel like Imwas at a used car dealer as I did with the other two. The staff at the first 2 were uninformed & flip about the companies products. Very lightweight information. When I went to Knox for the first time, I was taken to a private room & informed about the production, the potential benefits, the chemical ingredients of the products I was buying. Plus, they were the only dispensary in St Pete that had capsules in stock which I was looking for. I was most l,eased with the service, with the attention & with the questions back & forth between me & the staff. I left with the perfect product that was a great fit for my condition. You're able to use a debit card as opposed to being required to use cash. Also, free delivery and easy online ordering with the option of express pick up. I have been a loyal Fluent customer for just over a year now and everything was going great until my card expired. I received my new card in the mail and went to upload it to my Fluent account and the site will not take it. So, I would just go in and pick up what I needed with my new card. Well, not today. Not only would Elizabeth A not listen when I explained to her I could not order through Express because the Fluent site would not take my new marijuana card but she didn't honor the discount price and charged me full price! The other associates understood and gave me the discounts. I have been ordering through the express for a solid year! They could see that in my account! Why couldn't Elizabeth A? I am a loyal customer to fluent but I usually go to the Clearwater or South Tampa location. This was my first time going on April 5, 2020 and I was kinda disappointed by this location it was much smaller than the others and the bathroom wasn't working. They weren't taking the same safety procedures the other locations have adapted to. South tampa just has you show them your medical card instead of taking it from you and to prevent unnecessary contact. The location seemed much more disorganized compared to the others feeling very medical and organized. I almost always get a 600mg baldor oil cart and this is the first time it's had no cbd in it. The next day I went to the South Tampa location I told them about my experience at the st. Pete location and asked if they all get the same products. The employees told me that they do get the same products but also agreed that it was weird that there was cbd in the baldor because there always is. Not sure what up with this location but I'll stick to South Tampa and Clearwater locations for now. read more

This flower was very disappointing. For 55$ an eighth it was an embarrassment. My inexperienced friends could honestly produce better product in their backyard.
