Needed a new, upgraded e-cigarette set and they didn't disappoint (my old set was over 3 years old) I'm no where near the hipster type (think mom type working on stopping a bad cigarette habit of 30+ years) I'm very happy with my new E-Go. It was a bit more expensive than some of the others but I didn't want a big block style setup that I see so many using. I did take 1 star off for the thick vapor hanging in the air when I walked in. Granted, it is a vapor lounge, I know the vapor is harmless, and it was almost closing time but it would had been nicer if a door had been cracked or some kind of exhaust system was in place. Of course this is my older opinion and it won't keep me from returning. I still think they have the best selection of juices and a very knowledgeable staff. read more

I moved from Fort Lauderdale less than a year ago. I thought I found my favorite E-Juice down south but after moving less than a mile away from Steam Train I discovered their Strawmelon Waterbbery. I only vape Watermelon and Melon. I walked in today to restock on my Strawmelon Waterbbery and not much to my surprise as Steam Train and it's staff provide the best of the best (stop vaping water and get some real juice) - they just got an order of "Melon Medley". Never did I think I'd find vape shop so close to home with such tremendous staff, high quality juices and an awesome owner. Thank you guys P.S. Oh, Steam Train Vapor! I visit the Tampa Bay area several times a year and in the past, vape shops weren't all that great in the area. Steam Train is really great and I wish it was here where I live! I walked in and felt comfortable right off the bat. Jordan and staff were awesome. I felt like I knew them for years. I am a rather introverted socially inept person - so feeling comfortable was a big thing for me. The variety of high quality e-liquid brands, authentic mods and other accessories were amazing. Local art is displayed on the walls, nice lounge area, great juice bar - really nice store - a lot of work went into it, I could tell. That is important to me; it shows that they aren't just another "get money quick" ecig shop. I highly recomment this shop and believe it to be one of the best. read more

Highly recommend!!! Manager was super nice and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Bought my vape pen at johnny vapors on central, and they gave me a box w a missing peice, when i went back in to tell them, they all but called me liar and didnt offer to replace peice, or even show me any new tanks. Manager didnt even get out of his seat to address me and the girl behind the counter was smug, rude, and acted like shes never worked a sales position before in her life. DO NOT GO TO JOHNNY VAPES. Hands down the best vape shop in the bay area. They have a good selection of tanks and mods and they have a huge selection of e juice at fair prices. I've tried other shops in town and none come close to the value and customer service that you receive here. Most vape shops are total dumps. Why must all these places be made to look like an opium den or gas station? Steam Train is very different. It has all the best supplies with a really nice interior design. The staff was very knowledgable and happily answered all my stupid questions. Got my Sigelei there & it's the best vape device I've purchased (very "lazy friendly"). Their set up is straightforward, tech is customer friendly, & the points system is totally worthwhile. My husband visited this shop since my sister in law recommended it and he needed what he thought was a new coil anyway. After walking around and figuring out that there was an issue with his mod tank, they rebuilt his tank for free and he bought some blueberry donut juice for around $20 and some change. The store he goes to in SC for parts and juice would normally charge $30+ for the same size bottle. Customer service here is awesome and the prices are so much better than where he normally gets his vape stuff. Awesome vape shop! If I could give it more stars I would. The owner is the most helpful guy I have ever met in a vape shop (I have been to about a dozen in my immediate area). He sat and chatted with me for 3 hours! He let me use his personal mod, he let me try as many juices as i wanted, and as much of them as I wanted. You can also try juices how YOU vape them (I tried them in a dripper on the owners mech mod, but you can try them any way you would like. I'm sure they aren't going to let you come in and fill your tank up and leave, but they were so nice I wouldn't doubt it. Lol. Don't do that, I was just trying to express how nice this guy was.), and you aren't stuck trying the juices in those (dirty) crappy plastic CE style clearomizers that most shops have their juices loaded into. That just kinda grosses me out a bit. He let me handle all the high end gear, and wasn't worried about getting fingerprints on the copper/brass bits of gear causing a patina. He was an awesome guy. I would also like to say that I do not know him, and he does not know me, I'm not a reviewer (newspaper, YouTube, or otherwise) that he would try to impress. I was just a regular, first time customer that was treated very well. Oh yea, this is the only place in my area that I've been to that has, or can get (according to the owner) a lot of high end kit. The rest of the staff, his two sons, one of whom is an artist with some of his work on consignment being displayed in the shop, and another lady are all exceptional people (Though I didn't spend a lot of time with the three other employees, I was there long enough... (did I say I was there for over 3 hours?)... to be able to tell what kind of people they are. read more

This place is great. I was looking at different places and saw good reviews for this place. I went to buy a new vape and juice. I used to get my juice online from lizard juice but I was disappointed with their selection of vapes and their flavors were not that great. I was so pleased to be able to taser several juices to pick the ones I liked best. The guys were very nice and super helpful. There's a great vibe there. They had donuts and stuff. I even took my daughter and she sat and ate a donut while I tested out my juice. The prices are great, especially compared to what I was paying before with lizard juice. I had a subscription and paid $25 a month for 2 - 15ml bottles. For the same price, I was able to get a 60ml bottle! They have a great selection of vapes and juices. I ended up getting a vape and two bottles of juice. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend this shop to others. I will be coming back. They even have a customer reward type thing if you give them your phone number. I live in Miami but I come to St. Pete to visit family/friends. So I'll definitely come here next time I'm in town. read more

Selection for my sour pallette is limited but if you are a salted caramel or vanilla cake irish cream kind of person this place has everything you'd want. Awesome place to try different flavored liquids and chill. Great staff that has an extreme amount of knowledge about mods, tanks, batteries, and even cheap electronic cigarettes. The place is decent. The prices are higher on certain things and lower on other's in comparison to other shops. Most of the employees are polite and helpful. There is one guy there that kind of acts snobbish though; I think he's the owner. The juice there are some of the best around but are priced very high. I started vaping to quit smoking and save money. With these new and more powerful mods out there you can go through a 30ml in a couple days. With that said I didn't spend 23 dollars every two days from smoking. read more
