That is so messed up I asked help from fluff so called rescue They told me that they didn't have room for 3 puppies and a day later they pick up a shit load of puppies and mama To me this not a rescue.This is a business.They choose what they want to take in so they can make money. Off the dogs? That's wrong, if it's a rescue. Do what you say you are rescue, not picking? Choose to make money I just cannot believe this. You declined me and told me that no shelter's had room. The only thing I could do is take them to a kill shelter. That is so wrong people and you call yourself a rescue. I don't think so. read more

On January 30, 2025 I purchased a solid wood dresser and nightstand totaling $198.57 from Fluff's Stuff Re-Tail Rescue store, 9400 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, FL. In mid-June, I noticed what I thought were ants, on the floor, close to the dresser. I called the exterminator who regularly services my condo complex and was horrified to learn what I thought were ants, were termites! Since I was quoted an exorbitant amount of money to treat the termites, I called several other pest control companies to see if I could ger a lower quote. The inspector from the third company was honest enough to tell me that the termites were isolated to the dresser and nightstand situated on opposite sides of my bedroom. She showed me frass (termite droppings), the "kick out" hole from which the termites emerged, and said there was no need to treat my entire home. My options were top steam the furniture for $800 or get rid of it. I opted to get rid of it. For over a week I tried contacting the store's owner, Kimmie, and each time I called, was given a run around by employees who answered the phone. Finally, today, July 25, I was able to speak to Kimmie and she agreed this is a horrible situation. However, since I had the furniture for five months, she said there is nothing she can do. During our conversation she revealed that two years ago the store had a problem with termites, but each year the store is inspected, and currently there's no problem. When I pointed out the store is full of merchandise and it would be difficult to see termites, she bristled and offered me a $200 credit to purchase different furniture. Declining, I told her I will NEVER purchase second hand furniture again. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE STORE A 1 IS THAT's THE ONLY WAY I COULD POST MY REVIEW. read more

Always attentive and professional. Very willing to check in back for items I'm searching for. They have good prices on most things. Admittedly some things are way overpriced but the majority are very fair. The fact that the proceeds go to the animals makes it all the more appealing to shop here read more

I had to make a trip to Seminole FL for a business meeting. It always seems like the other side of the world to me. Fortunately, on the way, I spotted a thrift store that supports animal rescue. What a great day! It's a lovely store that is staffed by friendly volunteers. I was quite happy that I found this place. I've gone back twice now. They have different daily discounts and the items for sale look like they are in excellent shape for the most part. Make sure you go around the store and check out all the areas because I found wonderful buys in every corner. I hope that I need to return to Seminole soon so I can visit again. I know they are closed on Sunday and their new hours are 9-6. So hurry on over for great deals that support an animal rescue. read more

Fluff is an impressive boutique style thrift store where all your purchases goes to help a local charity! Sometimes thrift stores can seem kinda dingy but not here. It is clean and very well organized. They must have hired an expert for this layout because all the miscellaneous items are well placed. The majority of their items are furniture and home decor. They have a few racks of clothes but not a huge quantity like your goodwill. They had several nice dining room sets. They also had a few sofas and living room couches. And they were all quality too. Next time I need a couch. I'm coming here because I know my money will help a local charity. They also have an impressive section of pet supplies. Lots of new items too like leashes. The used items are very gently used, I got a training treat bag and I saw crates, harnesses, some collars, bowls and even a pet ramp. If you have a dog definitely check out their super affordable selection of pet supplies before you spend more on new stuff. Their household goods section is huge. Lamps, pillows, kitchen equipment that looks brand new, cookware, plates, etc. Why buy new kitchen stuff at Walmart when you can get better quality second hand and barely used for half the price and the money goes to helping the homeless. The staff - all volunteer btw- are very friendly and nice. Definitely come here for great quality furniture and home goods and decor. See you there! read more

I always find something at this terrific thrift store!! Today I got sewing notions for $1 and last time earrings for $4. Check all departments because they are always adding during the day. Staff is super friendly and great finds throughout the store. Today I saw a leather womens jacket in small and beautiful for $40! Not my size. Thursdays is fill a bag of clothes for $10. Clothes, furniture, glassware and huge array of earrings. read more

Love this place! Always find great stuff and the $ goes into their rescue animals. We stop every week, see all the new stuff and my husband just loves Glenn! I purchased a clock from a local area seller and he referred me to Fluff's Stuff Re-Tail for Rescue Shop. I headed right over the same day and to my delight it was a Museum full of myriad kinds of wonderful things. I must have spent an hour and a half just marveling at the treasures. lol. Then I splurged on 2 pair sheer burgundy curtains, a blow dryer, a crystal clock (my bathroom decor consists of 17 now 18 crystal clocks) FYI: I only keep one working but they all do work. Two dynamic era necklaces, 2 cookbooks, a three hole hamper, and lastly a new Nat King Cole Christmas CD. I also signed up to be a foster mom and a few weeks later took home chihuahua Phoebe for 3 1/2 months. Joyfully she has found her forever home. Glen is absolutely fab-YOU-lus if you need help or you want to arrange pickup of a donation or drop in with a donation. They work very hard there and save many animals lives.
