They do not sell reptiles here. Their pet washing station, the store layout and quality of the building is all a lie. It is in the strip mall next to Shaw's but is pictured multiple times to be in a much more upscale place. It's not. It's outdated and overall needs some repairs to many features. Which is fine, the store is what it is and your dog won't know care where their treats came from or if the tiles are fancy in their bath. But don't expect it to look at all like what you see here. Apart from the sign out front, this store is very falsely advertised. Most of these pictures are likely from a flagship location where ownership puts all their time and money.

I dropped at 5 picked up at 4pm and would have done so earlier if I could have. The place seemed over run by dogs like they took too many in & on top of it my vaccinated dog got kennel cough. The pace at PetSmart was fairly frenetic, but Danielle was always cool, calm, and collected. I worried that she might leave one day after becoming the head groomer, and was lucky enough to get her to share her contact info with me. We reconnected and Ember just had her first grooming at the Soggy Dog. We couldn't possibly be happier! We are absolutely over the moon to be back in Danielle's caring hands In this lovely spot. My husband had planned to take our dog in for scheduled grooming appointment and when he looked up the business address to confirm directions, saw that the business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10-5. As our appointment was on a Monday, my husband then tried to call the store, 4 times, to confirm they were open before he made the one-hour round trip to get there. No answer, no outgoing message ever picked up. Based on the business's stated hours as being closed on Mondays, and the fact that no one answered the buissness's phone, he reasoned there had been a mix up, and that there was no appointment. Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating our appointment was cancelled, as dog had not arrived. I tried calling, no answer, no outgoing message picked up. I decided to text back to the number that told me our appointment was cancelled, and then I received a phone call from the INCREDIBLY BELLIGERENT owner, Matthew, who, like the previous reviewer stated, yellled at me, said if I had listened to the outgoing message, I would have understood that even though the business is closed on Mondays, the groomers are still there (the absolute disconnect between what "closed" means and "groomers are still there" apparently makes sense to Matthew. When I later listened to the outgoing message in full, I found no message at all saying "business is closed but groomers are there" :: he lied about that); he then hung up on me. Anger issues does not begin to describe this person's disposition. Suffice to say, we will NEVER go back, and I would advise any potential customer to go anyplace else. Anyplace at all. THE WORST BUSINESS.
