The bread was fresh, the salad with pickled cucumbers and green beans was refreshing. My schnitzel plate was hot and crispy, and I couldn't decide on just one side so I got two- the German potato salad and red cabbage. I loved both. Kind of wish I would've added the sauerkraut too though. Lorenzo got the sampler plate with a little of everything, and I heard zero complaints from him. He even loved the homemade curry ketchup. But I think his favorite was the giant mug of German Dunkel he got to drink. The girls loved their kid schnitzel plate too. We could t leave without dessert, so we grabbed a lemon streusel cake to go. The best part was the atmosphere and staff though. The longer we sat, the more restless the kids got. The staff told us they had a kid's section with toys and a play tent that the girls were welcome to. They went from bouncing off the walls to not wanting to leave. In person, I've been presented with meals that look and taste much better, which made this order especially disappointing. The quality difference was noticeable. The meatloaf itself was very dry and overcooked on the outside, making it tough and crumbly. It lacked flavor and didn't have the comforting, hearty feel that meatloaf should have. The char on the outside overpowered the dish rather than adding anything to it. As a certified food critic, consistency matters. A customer should receive the same quality whether they're dining in or ordering to go. I hope Brick Town Brewery takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering the same standard of food across all orders.

The chicken was cold, which isn't how its prepared (in my experience) Tomatoes came anyway. The fries were cold and mushy. After getting food, server didn't come to check in until it was time for the bill. Once I paid, their system wouldn't print a receipt. The server on 3 different times pushed a button to try and get it to print but it wouldn't. Thought she was going to get it to print. Nope. I had to find her to ask for my receipt. Would not come back if I lived in the area.

I choose another....that one was out....a place with 30 taps and my first two pics are out. Ordered a third GREEN beer and it came out as a normal beer. So far this place has four strikes against it. I ordered a cheese steak which comes with au jus sauce. When the meal FINALLY arrives, the side of sauce had dumped in the basket and saturated the sandwich.......five strikes now. The Ruben my wife ordered had very little meat and frys were cold. We sat next to another couple who's Irish stew was cold. Our first waitress had an attitude and pushed us off to another waitress. There was hair in and on the bathtub. Some of the towels were missing. Come to find out, the room was given to us but was never cleaned. They sent someone to clean it and the manager called to apologize and let me know the room was clean less than 10 minutes later. I asked how did they change the sheets and clean up in 6 minutes? She offered free breakfast for the inconvenience but we just ended up canceling the reservation.
