From the initial phone call which was caring and professional to the very end, everyone was kind, compassionate and most of all tender with our girl. Everything was explained fully, we had time to ask questions and stay with Lady to the very end. The hospital is also very clean and considerate of pet owners in grief, they even played soft instrumental "funeral type" music, if you will. I appreciated that they took Longer to comb out all of Rylie's mats instead of just shaving her like every other place does. They also showed me the proper way to comb her out and some grooming tips.
