We ended up going with another facility because they never offered daycare on Sunday. My dog would have been in her suite all day with only potty breaks and no exercise. There also wasn't an outdoor play area. The facility we did go with offered 20% off for new customers along with a military discount. They also offered a free assessment whereas they want to charge $25 here. These were things that made choose another facility along with larger play areas.

Don't use for cats…read more Finding a mobile pet groomer that will groom cats has proven difficult in Tampa. We've used Angie's mobile pet styling for probably a year and a half to two years, every 4-6 months, for our ragdoll cat. My suspicion is they have a retention problem as we've had three different groomers at least over the last 18 months. Which then leads to a quality and consistency problem. This most recent grooming-which cost $180 with tip by the way, not only did they leave his fur all over our front lawn and leave his ears uncleaned and filthy-They cut nearly all of his whiskers on his right side. You don't have to be a cat person to know it's a huge NO to cutting their whiskers. When I called to tell them what happened they did apologize for the fur on the lawn but then said that they "googled it" and that trimming a cat's whiskers being problematic was an "old wives tale" And that the groomer said our cat moved when she was grooming around his face so it was an accident. He threw up no less than 10 times over the next week. Prompting us to call the vet who confirmed that trimming the whiskers of a cat causes anxiety, disorientation and vomiting. Accidents happen but it's the lack of ownership for me and the "I googled it" that prompted this review. No comments needed from the owner unless it's to announce my refund.

The groomer, Ellie, used a razor on my Sheltie's stomach, which should NEVER have happened with her coat type or sensitive skin. She now has visible razor burn/bruising all over her belly, and it is absolutely heartbreaking. When I called to complain, instead of honesty or concern, I was told by the employee answering the phone (Allie) that the marks were supposedly from 'lifting her up.' That explanation was insulting and clearly untrue. What upset me even more was the complete lack of accountability or apology. I spent over 15 minutes on the phone and not once did anyone sincerely apologize for what happened to my dog. The only thing they offered was to 'put it in the notes that she has sensitive skin.' That's not acceptable after injuring someone's pet. I trusted them with my beautiful Sheltie, and she came home shaved unevenly, irritated, and uncomfortable. I will absolutely be posting photos because people deserve to see what was done. For the amount they charge, the grooming quality, customer service, and care were beyond unacceptable."

Upon obtaining the kennel's internal activity logs, I discovered a shocking lack of care: * May 31 Log: Entirely blank with zero staff initials, meaning my cat went completely unverified after arrival. * Zero Hydration Records: Absolutely no monitoring or metrics regarding water intake over his entire 14-day stay. * Ignored Red Flags: Staff logged that he "ate half of wet food" but failed to check his vitals or contact my emergency numbers. * Blank Comment Sections: Clear evidence of routine box-checking rather than actual welfare evaluations. Fredy was absolute incredible!! He arrived a bit early for our 10:50am appointment and greeted all three of our pups. Like I mentioned, the pup who got groomed today can be very anxious around new people but she took to Fredy so quickly. He got down to her level, was giving her compliments, and when it was time to be groomed, she went right with him with no issues! It truly comforted me knowing Willow was in good hands. At the end of the grooming, Fredy brought Willow back up to the house and she was looking as beautiful as ever! She smelled amazing, looked very clean and had the cutest bandana ever on her. I cannot recommend Fredy and his business enough. If you want someone who loves and cares for your dog as much as you do, and who will treat your dog as his own, book with him as soon as possible!!!
